The service staff at Go Motors are very friendly, competent and extremely nice to work with. They give detailed explanations of the work and give the customer options. The prices are reasonable and the quality of work is top notch, but the staff make the trip to Go Motors worth it.

As a buyer from Australia (from the internet) I was a little dubious about this transaction. My fears were completely groundless. The team at gomotors were incredibly professional, the transaction went through very smoothly and quite fast. Now that my car has landed in Australia, I couldn't be more thrilled with it. Would reccommend these guys to anyone.

Great dealership- This is the second car I've purchased from Go Motors, and I would recommend them highly. They facilitated a warranty repair to the car I just purchased and made it nearly painless.
I love our new S5 we picked up from Go Motors- It's got a ton of features, and buying it pre owned we ended up with a current model year vehicle at 12% off of retail. Ann was very responsive to our needs during and after the sale. I would definitely recommend seeking her out when you stop in.

Nic provided an honest summary of the maintenance required (in my case a 75K service including Timing Belt) along with valuable and accurate insight on common problems to anticipate for my make and model Audi. Nic, Mark, and Ann have proven their commitment to high quality customer service time and time again. They have won me over as a customer and I encourage all Audi owners to give them a try.

My Review of Go Motors:
I worked with Greg Kotsaftis (the owner) with the purchase of a pre-owned Mercedes recently. Greg was able to give me a reasonable price for the automobile, and assisted me with a trade in, which went very smoothly. The only item Greg owed me was the title. That is when the whole experience went sour. During the following weeks, I had to follow up with Greg numerous times, via email and phone messages, to get the title for the new car, which he promised to mail me over night, shortly after the sale. I even spoke with him several times, being told he would call me right back, and never did. Never once did he reply or return a phone call which went on for almost 2 months. I finally got through to his secretary right before my temporary registration was about to expire to ask for the title, which she finally mailed me the next day.
Greg has no idea that customer service should continue after the sale, which I thought was very unprofessional. If you do a little searching, you will also find that Greg has had other prior customers make this same complaint, so apparently he just doesn’t get it. I would not recommend Go Motors to anyone.

Poor service, no loaner car given as promised, Greg never purchased my 100,00 warranty on my car after I paid for it, said they were doing warranty work when they knew no warranty was in place. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this dealership!

I have been servicing my 2001 Audi A6 4.2 at Go Motors in Boulder for over five years. Nic and his team are the best in the business. I value honesty, quality and communication in a service relationship, and Go Motors provides it all. I feel as if I have a trusted partner with Nic and his team, something absent from most dealerships. My Audi has over 100k miles on it and these guys keep it performing like new. I would recommend Go Motors to anyone who covets a trusted sales or service relationship.

Go Motors is great! Finally I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of- which I have been many times in the past. The mechanics listen to you- that sound is hard to describe sometimes. They drove the car to figure out what was wrong and explained the problem without making me feel stupid. I highly recommend Go Motors! They truly care if you are satisfied as a customer. We are only paying for repairs we actually need, what a blessing.
