My Review of Go Subaru Arapahoe:
I was in for some air in my tires and after having the car for a total of 10 minutes they completely scratched up the steering wheel of my BRAND new car. And then denied it. Rudely. The reason they gave me was that the seat was all the way back and they couldn't reach the steering wheel, which begs the question: how did you drive it into the back? Lame, and they were unwilling to even talk about fixing, compensating, saying sorry. Never service your car here!

My Review of Go Subaru Arapahoe:
I brought my 10 year old, well used outback in with a laundry list of issues.
Dealer tried to upsell me on an "engine re-seal" to stop oil leaks for $2849, which is ridiculous, a new engine would be cheaper.

Their price on several service items was 2x what other dealers ask.
They will charge you $50 "shop supply fee" in addition to parts, supposedly for disposal and non-itemized items (gloves?, that paper mat on your seat? disposing old parts? ) What bunk. My other shops never charge this fee, and their rates are lower in addition.

They'll charge you diagnostic time, minimum of an hour ($115) to basically plug in the code reader. Other shops won't charge you to diagnose something if you end up having them do the work.

They estimates they gave me were non-inclusive of the diagnostic fee, the shop supply fee, and taxes, so when I walked in I was expecting to pay $995, and my bill was initially $1250, I complained, and they comped me some of the diagnostics, bringing it down to $1100.

I know you basically have to be an idiot to take your car to a dealer shop, but this one seems particularly untrustworthy with respect to what your bill will be when you walk out the door.
