They tried to fix a power steering leak 3 times I told them the power steering pump was bad guess what it sure was. I wouldn't recommend buying a wheelbarrow here what a joke. More

I had to take them to court to get what I wanted and even then I lost out on a lot of money. These people are careless and unprofessional. PLEASE LISTEN AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! More

Lie to your face to make the sale Traded a low mileage vehicle + cash for two vehicles from dealer. Vehicles were both inspected within the last month. Verbal promises that vehicles were given the once-over and all was in order. All smiles and good cheer til they had my money and sent me on my way. One vehicle needed all over brakes within the first month of driving and a transmission in less than a year. The second had several faulty items that should not have passed inspection; had power steering pump and line needing replacement; rack and pinion issues; and then the engine blew two weeks in. The only operation that is sleazier than Goldstar is the place they get the vehicles inspected. More

Total Ignorance Just recently bought a vehicle from them and we are financing it through a finance company and they had me sign papers electronically through computer Just recently bought a vehicle from them and we are financing it through a finance company and they had me sign papers electronically through computer so they pretty much shove in front of you so u dont have time to read it and never told me the due date or even the name of the finance company. When i called back up to Goldstar the manager was very very rude and ignorant saying i needed to read my contract. Regardless they should have made me knowledgeable of it while i was there. Wouldnt even give me the number to the finance company...i had to google it. They act like you are low on the totem pole for even having to finance anything. The vehicle i purchased only has a blue book of 6,000 but end up financing 18,000 for the piece of crap which was sold to me as is with NO warrenty due to the mileage. Get it home and it has a busted strut which cost me even more money. To top it off my temp tags go dead in a week and haven't even got my permanent tags in mail yet. Dont recommend this company. We was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Needed a second car but didnt have great credit for bigger car lots. In all honesty we would have been better off with one vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE...WATCH YOUR BACKS, PLEASE!! More
