My Review Of Good Wheels Quality Used Cars:

The worst decision I've ever made was buying a car from these people. I have had my car for not even 2 months and have had nothing but problems. I will admit I'm at fault for not thoroughly checking some of these problems, but still, if they gave a crap at all none of these issues should have even been there. The back right door will not open. They ordered the handle and I still havent had a response from them in 2 weeks for a stinkin door handle. My left headlight went out within a month. The ball joints were loose and needed to be tightened. The tire pressure was low on all four tires. Now, just recently, my car overheated on my way to a job interview because there was no coolent in my car (just had it serviced a week or 2 earlier). Why was there no coolent? There was a crack in my radiator that according to the mechanic who fixed it was a "pre-existing condition." In response to all this, I was called neglegentNow the car won't start because the motor is shot, and ONCE AGAIN, I was called neglegent. Not only that, but they are making NO EFFORT to help me out in any sort of way, even thought I've only had the car for 6-7 weeks. These people are clueless in customer service, they don't care about customers, and will take advantage of you any chance they get. Take the advice of a regular guy like me who rarely complains about any service issue anywhere. Don't make the same mistake as me by going to these low-lifes.
