In NOV 2012, I went to Gordon Chevy in Philly and I was told that because of my current credit score, I could only get the 2010 VW GTI they had which looked really nice and clean on the outside. The salesman said because of the the shape of the car and that it was still covered by the manufacturer warranty there was no real need for an extended warranty. (Be warned!) So i got the car and had no issues just driving from home work daily for 5 months. Then in May 2013, I drove the car to my daughters college in the Poconos, (1.45 hours away), and returned home. The next day the car wouldn't start, then when it did it shook the whole car and the engine light was on.

After having it towed back to the dealership, they said they couldn't do anything because it needed a certified VW tech. I towed it to Chapman and they said the timing chain had shattered. the car had only 78000 miles on it and typically these chains outlast the car itself. of course Gordon says they are not responsible. so now it's $4000-7000 of repair. The car is not drivable. I have reported them to the BBB where they are not BBB accredited. I wonder why????? Don;t buy from these people!!!!

I originally went to this dealer looking to purchase a 2013 Camaro. I was on the lot for 1 hour and not one worker approached us to assist. I understand if they were busy, however, they could have come out and told us someone would be with us shortly. We had every intention of leaving there with a new vehicle. We were actually contacting other dealers in the area while on their lot and ended up purchasing from Bryner Chevrolet, who were very happy to assist. I would not recommend this dealer to any friends or family. Very disappointed!

Matt was very helpful. He tried to for with us on price as much as possible, I was not completely satisfied with the cost but it was one I could live with. Other than that I was totally satisfied with every aspect of the transaction.

Don't buy a car here unless you want a lot of problems. They DO NOT stand by their cars! I bought a 2007 Jeep from them 2 years ago and it’s been in for service 6 times to have the starter replaced 4 times...4 brand new starters in 2 YEARS! Thank God I bought the extended warrantee. At this time I'm done being stranded with my child every 4 Months! I went back to get a new car thinking they would have some kind of remorse and replace my car for its correct value since they sold me a LEMON in the first place. They were more than UNHELPFUL! I'm APPALLED at the fact that the MANAGER JEFF TAYLOR was ARROGANT & VIOLENT to us when we were fed up and leaving. Chevy needs to drop this dealership! I had a all around good experience dealing with this dealership. The sales people were very friendly with me. The price i wanted per month they got it for me with no questions asked. All paper work was done in a timely fashion no waiting around for hours and hours.
