My Review of Grafton Dodge:
I took my 2001 Dodge ram into for service work And i recieved the best service i could possibly get they were so freindly to me and treated me like family I could not ask for better service from a dealership i just wish they had better exquipment then it would be one of the best dealerships on the pennisula!!! GOD BLESS GRAFTON DODGE

My Review of Grafton Dodge:
I purchased my Dodge here in 1999. Service has gotten so bad that today I PAID to have my car towed to another Dodge dealer just to get it out of this incompetent dealer's service department. They had my car for over a week before they called to let me know they had no idea when they would get the part they "thought" I needed in. When I demanded a rental car to use until they figured it out, they loaned me a filthy vehicle with an expired state inspection. On two previous repair visits, I had to take my vehicle back a second time for them to get the repair done right. Both times, they also caused damage to my vehicle (grease on the carpet one time and a gouge in the center console on the other visit). RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
