My Review of Grand Blanc Motor Cars:
Perhaps the worst dealership to deal with in terms of service. Firstly, Tony Madary, the BMW service man, the only one you can deal with to service your BMW acts as if he does you a great favor just by talking to you. He is unfriendly, discourteous, and an unpleasant small little man. Even though the policies are rigid, I wouldn't mind so much if the man was friendly but he makes the entire process unpleasant. The dealership's service prices are outrageous and they try to upsell you unnecessary services like a used-car lot. Also very unbecoming of a BMW dealership is the fact that will give you a Toyota for your BMW as a loaner, unlike many BMW dealerships which will loan you only a BMW. Overall, a poor place to feel good about after-sales service. You'd honestly save money and a good deal of self respect by driving an hour south and going to any other BMW dealership.

My Review of Grand Blanc Motor Cars:
we have bumper to Bumper on our BMW 745 Li. less than 2 months. after we buy the car we have some issues with the Seats and head lights and cigarette lighter plugs. They need to keep the car over the weekend. I drop off a BMW 745 Li. 7 series. Top of the line for BMW. They drop of to me a Toyota with Grand Blanc motors in big white letters on the windows. I know there not going to bring another 745 out. But bring something along the lines of what I drop off. You drop a lexis of they give a a loner lexis. same with Cadillac. Mercedes and so one. So next the Sound system goes bad. Take the car in They said yes its something wrong. But we cant fix it. It takes them a week and a day to get approval and order the part. Bumper to bumper? Approval? I still cant get a answer on that and also Its Friday. they called and said bring the car in Monday. But the service manager is with a someone problem getting told off. I swear I walked in the dealership to tell someone off. and it was someone in there doing the same. Three people I work with has had issues with there service department. My wife called to get some questions answered and They freaked her out talking about a campaign. That made her ask about recalls on the car. and there has been three (3) on that model. that we wasn't told about. There have to tell you about the recalls on the car before you buy them. Michigan law. We don't know if the car has been updated with these recalls or not. So that another can of worms. I give them a poor score because They act like a pore dealership. That BMW 745 cost 90 thousand brand new. 50 used. They don't act like you just spent 50 thousand to 90 thousand with them. There service is like a 1$.

My Review of Grand Blanc Motor Cars:
We bought a used 2003 330i zhp from a Chicago dealer, but live in mid-Michigan so when in need of service, I go to Grand Blanc Motors. The BMW service chief, Tony, is agreat guy. My shedding alcantara steering wheel was exchanged under warranty at no charge for a leather M3 wheel. Some jerk dealers will not even exchange a worn alcantara at all! They even came 60 miles to pick up my car. Have also had a fe other small things done with satisfaction. They don't gouge on prices, either. For example, $50 to activate an owner installed factory alarm. I just wish they had a larger sleection of used BMW's.

My Review of Grand Blanc Motor Cars:
We experienced NONE of the snobby attitude from this dealership that I've seen reflected in other BMW dealer reviews. My husband and I were dressed in jeans and sneakers, but were treated like we were in designer threads. Garret was very courteous and spent much time with us.<br><br>We did not close the sale due to complications with our lease, but we will definitely return once the lease period is up.
