My Review of Grand Honda:
This was my first internet buying experience.

After "finalizing" a deal with my local dealer only to be assessed outragious doc fees, prep fees, etc I turned to the 'net. Although Grand Honda was almost 2 hours a way, I found the drive to be well worth it.

It was the easiest car buying experience imaginable... I knew what I wanted and what a good price was... I got one "no-haggle" quote from their internet sales force (which was very competive)... then received a purchase order detailing all fees taxes, etc and showed the final price.

I made the drive to the dealership expecting the worst and having to deal with typical dealer shadyness... I encountered the exact opposite. Everyone I dealt with was very cordial and took tons of time with me. They told me to test drive the car before I put money down and I found the vehicle (new 2006 ridgeline) to be in perfect condition.

In the end, I paid the exact amount we agreed on via email. I couldn't believe a remote car buying transaction could go so smoothly. All around, I had an excellent experience with Grand Honda and highly recommend them.

My Review of Grand Honda:
Went there to invesitgate after seeing some really good prices in the Chicago Tribune. No wonder they are good, they are on used cars. I'm still wondering how a car with 14 miles can be used and have been previously titled yet advertised as new....

Salesman wouldn't give me a "price". I said I would walk out without a "price" because I wasn't interested in talking payments. Then he proceeded to say he'd give it to me for $300 a month if I bought that day. But, if I left the deal was off. HAHA, I just got up, laughed at him and told him I wasn't interested and left. He was very demeaning and knew nothing in regards to specs of the car. How does a V-6 Accord (not Hybrid) have 255hp and memory seats? It was almost as if this guy had never even looked at a Honda brochure. Called 30 times in one week after I told him I wasn't interested. Calls persisted for the better portion of a month and dropped off.
So much for curiosity...

My Review of Grand Honda:
I got a brand new 2003 Honda Civic LX from Keith and I got an extremely good deal from him. He didn't give me any BS and was straight forward. The transaction went very smoothly. Not to mention I've also been going through their service department and have received excellent service for my Civic. The employees are very thorough and I've had no problems whatsoever .

A++ I highly recommend going to Grand Honda if you are from the Chicagoland area.

My Review of Grand Honda:
We received a price quote from the internet from Gene which seemed very attractive. He was beating our price that we had from our local dealership by over $500. Well we found out why his price was so low. (Of course too late!) First of all when we were done with everything except the paperwork we went into the finance office and found out that there is a $500 internet fee!!! After all that we went through i decided just to do it because i was so tired of searching and driving around. Then a week later I had the hood up and found out that the front bumper had been repaired. I brought it in to my local dealer and he said that the entire front bumper and front corner panel had been replaced.

DON'T BUY A CAR FROM GRAND!! They are liers and cheaters. and now I am stuck with a damaged car. Nothing I can do now
