STOP! !!! Don’t go here run away!! You’ll buy a car and they’ll tell you to return it days after and then You will have to pay a $50 rental fee for every da !!! Don’t go here run away!! I ended up having to pay them $750 out of my deposit of $4,500 because of their mistakes!!! They told me I was approved but why let me leave off the lot with a car and we wasn’t approved!! I am going to seek legal action because this was a clear case of FRAUD!!! And I was told the bank didn’t accept because my husband owned his own business and the bank only accepted W2s well why did you take our money knowing that we wouldn’t be approved and taking an additional $750 when it was there fault for failure to provide customer services and my husband had told y’all he owns his own trucking business!! We have spoken with a lawyer and we have a case!!!! Don’t go here without a lawyer being present!!! More

Jesse (or perhaps Josey) my service rep was great. She was very polite and professional. Willing to help and explained the service. She did not try to up-sell me on service that was not needed.
