My Review of Grappone Ford Inc:
Miserable experience...they lied about the problems the used car they sold me just 8 months before had when I went there to have my annual state-required car inspection(the car was barely a year old at the time of the inspection and the repair I am about to describe) . The car was running perfectly before they replaced my "bad brakes"...no signs of problem including brake noise of any kind, but they refused to inspect it until they had "repaired" the problem. So stupidly I agreed and later found that their "repair" caused me to have endless brake problems. I spent so much on brake repairs after their "repair" that I could not afford to make the car payment and repair it too. I finally traded the car at another dealership and will NEVER do business with them again.
