My Review of Gray - Daniels Auto World:
I purchased a 2004 Impala from Gray-Daniels Toyota on 11/22/04 and was simply ripped off. When I viewed the car (that was being driven by one of the workers), my husband and I noticed that the check engine light was on. We were told the reason the light was on was they had just recently washed the car, and the slightest thing would trigger the light and we had nothing to worry about that they would turn it off. Well, on 11/23/04 the light came back on. It was turned off on 11/24/04 and came back on the same day. I took it to Atwood (Vicksburg) again on 11/26/04 and they kept it the whole day. On 11/27/04 the light came back on. I was told to ride the gas out and returned on 12/01/04 and I got it back on 12/03/04 (I had a rental for 2 days). Three hours later the light was back on. TALK ABOUT POOR SERVICE ON BEHALF OF GRAY-DANIELS. Are people doing whatever it takes to make a sale including lying to customers who honestly wanted to do buisness based on the fact that "Gray -Daniels was said to value their customers". I think that is an understatement!!!
