He couldn't have been more cordial & professional- showed me chipmunk-affected blower vent & then provided rec Justin in Service is a model employee!! What happens to the good service? ?Had a very unpleasant experience @GreatLakesHonda on Friday the 20th. I bought my car new @GreatLakesHonda and have had the vehicle serviced at this ?Had a very unpleasant experience @GreatLakesHonda on Friday the 20th. I bought my car new @GreatLakesHonda and have had the vehicle serviced at this dealership for the life of the car, on Friday I brought the vehicle in for transmission fluid change and an oil change and was told that prices from other Honda dealerships weren’t accepted, when they always were in the past. The receipt also showed that all fluids were filled and door hinges were lubed, and they clearly were not. If there are things on the receipt that have not been completed but say they have been, how do I know if the work that was paid for was completed? I go to this dealership because of the good atmosphere and because they took care of my vehicle well in the past, most of all I trusted them. Maybe they have new employees, will be rethinking things before coming back to @GreatLakesHonda. ? More

I was called shortly with a diagnosis and my vehicle was repaired before long and picked up easily. My advisor was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. More

Service Manager quoted $200 me more than Serra Honda Service manager is dishonest and does not follow through on his commitments. Manager personally quoted me 2 hours of labor and when I questioned hi Service manager is dishonest and does not follow through on his commitments. Manager personally quoted me 2 hours of labor and when I questioned him, he further explained that they had to remove the blower motor to install the part. I ended up purchasing the part from Great Lakes and taking it to Sarah Honda who installed it for half hour of labor. Which was almost a $200 difference. Right on Honda’s computer system it said 1/2 labor and they did not have to remove the blower motor. Also, Great Lakes service manager told me that he had ordered the part. A week went by and I discovered that he had not ordered the part until I called the second time. Meanwhile I am driving around in the middle of winter me without my defrost working. Ridiculous! Some of the service advisors are very nice, but the service manager is terrible and he sets the culture. You can’t trust him! More
