My Review of Grecco Lincoln Mercury:
I bought my car there in 1997 and had a great experience. Although the sales guy wanted to show me the vanity mirrors b/c i'm agirl, i made him talk about HP, engine output and the like.<br>Sales were eh' whatever<br><br>Service department is great, I love them. They get the work done quickly, professionally and coureously. <br>

My Review of Grecco Lincoln Mercury:
Recently, I began investigating options for replacing my wife&#8217;s Dodge Durango, as her lease was approaching the end of its term. The vehicle my wife was most interested in was the Lincoln Aviator, so I contacted a number of area dealers. At that point I felt that the Aviator would not be available at a price point that made sense, as most of the dealers were throwing out some large numbers and not really taking the time to listen.<br><br>On a whim, my wife stopped into Grecco Lincoln Mercury and met with their salesperson Jack, who helped her to become familiar with the Aviator and it's price points. After noticing an ad in the local paper for the Lincoln &quot;SUV Driveaway&quot; I contacted Jack myself to discuss why the numbers in the paper were lower than the prices I was quoted. Jack stated he would look into the situation and get back to me.<br><br>The next day, Peter Ivanyi (the Sales Manager) contacted me on behalf of Jack and the Grecco Dealership to introduce himself and to see if there was any way that he could EARN my business. Being a Sales VP in a very customer-centric industry, I was taken back by the fact that Peter was focusing on the CUSTOMER (Me) and not taking the typical indifferent &quot;here it is, it costs 50 grand, do you want it?&quot; attitude. I attribute this to Peter (and Jack) working outside the automotive industry before coming to Grecco.<br><br>Over the next several days, Peter Ivanyi's professionalism and willingness to work on my behalf literally amazed me. There were probably 5 times during our discussions that Peter went way above what I would consider a normal amount of effort to make the situation work. Needless to say, my wife is now the proud owner of a brand new Lincoln Aviator at a price point that is SECOND TO NONE. Peter truly took a situation that most dealers would not have invested the time in and made it work.<br><br>I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING A LINCOLN PRODUCT CALL GRECCO AND SPEAK WITH JACK&#8230;AND THEN MAKE SURE PETER IS INVOLVED IN THE DEAL.<br><br>This is a REAL testimonial from a REAL person who is REALLY pleased with Grecco Lincoln Mercury. My husband and I stoped at the Rockaway dealership to look at the used mercedes benz that was on the lot. We were approched by a sales rep. He asked us three times, even though we said no, if we wanted the keys to look at the car. They his comments were &quot;so,you are not going to buy it...?&quot; My husband and I then went back to our car to get away from this man who was pressuring us with questions. In the mean time, another customer pulled up and parked their car right behind ours, so we were not able to pull out of the parking lot. The sales rep that was talking to us now was talking to this customer and ignoring the fact that we were trying to pull our of the parking lot. When my husband called out and asked them to move the car the sales rep said &quot; I apologize, they are very rude...&quot;. Then he approched our car and started yelling at us how we are unpatient and how we should not be talking the way we did. THe only thing that my husband said was &quot;Hey, move the car!&quot; <br>I got very upset. I opened the door and asked him what his name was and his response was &quot;What's yours?&quot; <br>If the grecco sales reps talk to customers like that, then no wonder the reviews are so low. We will not go back to grecco ever and will make sure that many know about this.

My Review of Grecco Lincoln Mercury:
Atrocious customer service. Absolutely snail like pace in servicing my vehicle. I was promised a shuttle ride back to my home which was two towns away and then a pick-up after the vehicle was ready. After dropping it off at 9:00 am I had to call the dealership several times to determine its status. It was finally ready at 5:00 pm!! Unbelievable. Then after reminding them of my promised pick-up, they switched me to this rediculous individual who's name was Brad or Chad or some such . He then proceeding to VERBALLY ABUSE me over the phone saying &quot;I didn't think I would have to pick you up at 5 in the evening... the roads are impassable, don't you have someone who can bring you here etc etc etc. &quot; When he finally arrived at my home and I got in the shuttle his insolent retort to me was &quot;You're lucky BUDDY, 5 more minutes and your car would have been spending the night, because I would have been GONE!&quot;. STAY FAR AWAY like the PLAGUE from Grecco Lincoln Mercury. They are disorganized, unprofessional and rude. Spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else!

My Review of Grecco Lincoln Mercury:
I've bought 3 cars at Grecco in the last 9 years and each experience has been positive. In each case my salesman was courteous, responsive to questions, and informed about his product. <br><br>When I was undecided about which particular model during my most recent visit, and we went out for a test drive with each one, while I was content to do a short run, he encouraged me to drive further, take it up into the hills and drive some curves. <br><br>The showroom is immaculate, the staff is customer-service focused, and the sales mechanism was seamless and timely.<br><br>They've got a customer for life.<br><br>
