My Review of Green Brook Buick-Pontiac-GMC:
I do not have room to fit all the terrible things that have happened to me since I've purchased this vehicle. Once the sale was made, my salesperson didn't even acknowledge me when he saw me several times after that in the dealership. My plates came in a month late and I was told I couldn't get temporary ones. I bought the car at night and realized the next morning it was filty and dirty, a taillight was out, I didn't get floor mats, and I couldn't get a spare key unless I brought it back the next day. The speaker blew after only a few months, and there was a grinding noise in the rear - neither of which could be fixed the first time I brought it in. After having the shuttle driver take me to run an errand while my car was being fixed, he FORGOT about me and I was stranded for over an hour even after the hour it took to attempt to fix the car. This car is 8 months old and I have not yet had a month where I didn't have to bring it back and deal with people who do not care about their customers.
