My Review Of Green Chevrolet Chrysler:
I went to Green's website and looked at all the cars they had on there for sale. I sent an inquiry about a couple of them. First thing on Monday morning, March 4, 2013, Bryce Murphy called me and we had a long conversation about what I thought I wanted and what I had to work with. We made an appointment for Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 9:30 am. I went in to see Bryce. He was already prepared to show me some cars on the computer. He walked me through the entire process very descriptive so that I could easily understand the process. I explained to him about my car and what was wrong with it. I told him again what I thought I was looking for and we came up with 3 cars to look at. The entire time I kept asking questions but he didn't seem to mind at all. He answered everything I wanted to know. We finally came up with a 2006 Ford Fusion to look at. We went into the detail area where the car was and looked it over. He talked me through the entire car, inside and outside. I was pressed for time at that point. He was very understanding. I had to leave and he took care of all of the paperwork for me as in getting me financed. My son went to Greens about 3:30 pm and talked with Bryce and test drove the car. He was impressed with the service and attention that Bryce gave to him. I went back that afternoon around 4:00 pm. We talked some more and I test drove the car. I was pleased with the car and we again talked about price and financing. He had gotten my credit score for me and showed me all of the paper work. He went over every detail. He even had the fog on the inside of one of the headlights fixed for me. I then went to talk with Terrance to do the paper work for the financing. He had done a great job at getting me a low payment I would have no trouble making, the time of month for my payment to be due, just the entire process was great and very painless. After all the paper work was finished and the down payment was made, Bryce gave me the keys and took me to my car I was trading in to make sure everything was out of it and he took the license plates off for me. He also went beyond customer service in the fact that he got my child car seat out of the car that I could not get. He worked on it for quite a while, but never gave up. He then took me to my new (used) car and explained all the points I needed to know about it such as how to work the radio, he even set my station for me. The whole experience was so pleasant. Bryce worked with me and got me a GREAT payment and a Great car for me. He was so friendly and helpful I was really impressed with him. Thank him and Terrance for a great experience. I will definitely tell all of my friends about Green's and especially about how great my experience was with Bryce. He treated me like a human, not just another sale. Thank you again. I bought my last car from Green's in 2002 and this experience was so much better, I just couldn't believe it.
