I dropped the vehicle off early in the morning and it was ready in the middle of the afternoon of the same day. I had been searching for used Hyundai Elantras for about a month when I happened to notice one at Greenway Ford. I inquired about the vehicle over the phone because I live about 2 hours away from Orlando and was returning home from a trip to visit some friends in South Florida that weekend. From the moment I spoke to will on the phone 3 hours prior to my visit, I got the sense that he would never be pushy and would make the purchasing experience a positive one. Never during my entire visit to Greenway Ford did he push me to purchase anything I didn't want or try to get me into more expensive cars. He listened to all my concerns, was helpful during the negotiation process, and even got me a full tank of gas for my 2 hour trip home. When there was a slight issue with verification of the personal check I wrote for the cost of the vehicle, he helped me work it out so that I could wire the money from my bank when I returned home. I'm more than grateful for this experience as it was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle and I was relatively nervous. If there had to be any negatives about my experience, it would be the woman working at front desk when I entered. She was rude and condescending and was not at all helpful when the check verification process reached a snag. She made myself and my partner upset and didn't care that she did so. However, I will recommend Will to all my friends and family in search of a vehicle, even if they are not in Orlando. Overall, It was a great experience and I'm extremely happy with my vehicle! More
