My Review of Greenwich Chrysler Jeep:
I purchased my 2005 from Manhattan Jeep (stay away from them) because they were the only dealer that had the options my wife wanted. From the start we have had our Jeep serviced at Greenwich Jeep Chrysler and have nothing but great things to say about the service I received. We live in Westchester and although we are closer to White Plains Jeep, a friend who purchased his car at Greenwich Jeep suggested we try their service department, that we would be pleasantly surprised. The two people we dealt with were Howard and John (the service manager). Both were always helpful and and quick to process our paperwork when we came early before work as well as offer fresh coffee and doughnuts. The service manager John, has gone out of his way several times over the last three years to accommodate us and my wife and I have always appreciated John going above and beyond even staying late one night (1 hour past) because my wife and I were late getting there to pick up the Jeep. Overall I would rate this dealer favorably, offering fast and honest service

My Review of Greenwich Chrysler Jeep:
Im surprised this dealer is still in business. Approximately nine years ago I went here with my garbage chrysler concord.The car had a 7/70 powetrain warranty and was leaking oil so bad it could not be driven. I walked into this dealer and spoke with Sue a fresh mouth woman who thought she was a beauty queen. She would not give me any answers as to why my vehicle was leaking oil, she than had the nerve to become annoyed with me and in an air of defiance said "GO SPEAK TO THE SERVICE MANAGER".
I went and talked to a fellow named John Curran, he began a song and Dance about how the previous service manager Chad had screwed everything up and poor John was now the victum of this former managers terrible business practices. I happen to be a very sucessful distributor/importer of fine furniture, I however was mistaken to think that John was on a professional level, he started whining more and more to a point where he was not making sense, only trying to get ahead of me. I than tried to explain to Baby braIn John, that it did not matter what Chad had done or how he operated. The question here was why does the car leak oil and is it going to be covered under my warranty. John baloney brain than said "LOOK SIR IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH THIS DEALER SHIP< I SUGGEST YOU GO TO WESTCHESTER CHRYSLER IN WHITE PLAINS NEW YORK AND DEAL WITH THE HEAD IDIOT BOBBY ". As a matter of fact I went to Fairfield Dodge and dealt with Paul and Joeseph. Talk about a difference? MY ADVICE AS THE OTHERS LISTED HERE IS- STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, THEY ARE TOO INCOMPETENT AND THE OWNERS HIRE IDIOTS TO RUN THEIR OPERATIONS.

I was told that their mechanics were seen racing around West Putnam with my car. I complained about their service and they never responded to my complaint. I would never use them again

My Review of Greenwich Chrysler Jeep:
I've been driving for thirty five years. I have had a lot of different makes and models. The most important thing I learned was where to get great service. The people at Greenwich chrysler Jeep are fantastic. They out perform my BMW and Mercedes dealer in everyway. They even once picked me up from BMW and gave me a ride because the BMW dealer didn't offer a shuttle bus service. The manager told me at the beginning of our relationship to call him for anthing automotive related, he would always be happy to help. He has always kept to this promise. I highly recomend this dealership.<br>R.B.
