We pride ourselves on delivering a great customer service experience to all of our customers. We are sorry that you did have that feeling. The issue with your vehicle is extremely intermittent. We were able to witness it for a split second, but the vehicle did not record the data due to the short amount of time it showed the symptom. We were working with GM engineering while your vehicle was here to try and find a solution. Again, we are so very sorry for the inconvenience.

I am sorry to hear that we didn’t meet your expectations. We here at Grossman Collision stand by the quality of our work and unfortunately due to the previous damages that were not disclosed by your seller, we felt it was a safety issue and that we needed to address those repairs before beginning repair on another area of the vehicle. Since the repairs to the previous damage prior to your purchase exceeded the total value of the vehicle we advised methods of recourse with the seller. We understand your frustration with the situation but we had nothing to do with the previous damage and were trying to offer advice to ensure that you are driving a safe vehicle. We hope that the previous damage was addressed wherever you went to complete your repairs. We have been informed that you were reimbursed for the storage charges by your insurance company. We wish you well and would be happy to perform a post inspection repair of the vehicle to insure the safety of you and your family.

Hi Eric, We are sorry that you are disappointed with your experience. The vehicle you are interested in is a collector's car. It only has 1495 miles on it. The price and vehicle information is clearly disclosed on our website and all third party sites. People that purchase collector cars want as little mileage as possible and typically know exactly what they are looking for, this is why they are frequently sold over the phone and shipped to other parts of the country and world. Most often they are purchased without being test driven. I am sure you can appreciate that if you were the one purchasing the vehicle you would not want other prospective buyers to put more mileage on the vehicle. We thank you for visiting and hope that this explains why the team made those decisions.

Then don't waste people's time by having them come into your place of business with the wrong intent. I did not walk in off the street. I set up an appointment the day before I came there. Place on your ad no test driving and buyer beware.
