My Review of Grubbs Chrysler,Jeep,Nissan:
First, they lost my appointment, and when I set my appointment I specifically asked for a callback for a confirmation, which they didn't do. Next, I showed up and was informed, sorry we don't do that type of service on weekend. There was nothing on the internet when I scheduled my appointment about what type of service is offered and they don't even pick up the phone when I called. Finally, the lady who attended me gave the attitude of being bothered. Hello, I don't have to go to you. I went to Bankston Nissan, who were more than happy to assist me with my needs.

My Review of Grubbs Chrysler,Jeep,Nissan:
They lie about the suggested retail value on used cars. For example they say that the '00 Altima I was looking at is worth $11,950 with a sale price of $11,111, keep in mind it is the SE,Nice Wheels,Woodgrain,only 69K Miles,and excellent condition. I went to Kelley blue book.com and typed in this EXACT information suggested retail value says it's only should be $9,515. They just make up random amounts to get you to pay more. it's a rip off if you ask me. I'm for them getting a profit, but lying about it being worth $2435 more than it is really is just wrong!!! Don't let these liars get you down.
