My Review of Gulf Coast Ford:
We had a great experience working with Randy Roth and Don Thompson of Gulf Coast Ford when purchasing a new vehicle. Randy Roth was very knowledgeable and patient(!) in helping us though a four-month homework process of selecting the vehicle with specifications that best meet our family's needs. Randy balanced service and attentiveness to questions without exerting pressure to purchase until we were settled and confident in making our decision. Randy and Don worked diligently to locate from another dealer the vehicle with our exact specifications rather that trying to talk us into compromising our expectations. We are very satisfied customers!

I would like to thank the team at Gulf Coast Ford for there experience in purchasing my used chevy surburban. The staff was fast and quick. And as for my salesman Mr. Blaine Williams he was a super guy and I wish all car salesmen were like him. Mr. Williams was never pushy or anything, answered all my questions and got me in and out of the dealership quickly. Again thanks to the team at Gulf Coast Ford!!!! My Review of Gulf Coast Ford:
I did alot of research before I buy a vehicle (financing, dealer invoice cost, extended warranty costs, trade-in values, etc). I found this dealer surprisingly truthful about how much over cost they were selling me the vehicle and how much over cost the extended warranty was. These number were completely in-line with my research. The negotiations were very straight forward, no smoke-n-mirrors tactics. I found them to be refreshingly honest. They also worked very hard to find me the vehicle I was looking for. They searched the entire state of Texas to find the vehicle with the color and options I wanted. They worked 3 days with other dealers to locate and retrieve the vehicle I wanted. They also kept me updated on the progress. I would definetly recommend them.

Roger did a great job of finding the car I wanted, and was fair throughout the negotations. It was a no hassel transaction - none of the "let me talk to my manager" back & forth which historically has make car buying and experience worth forgetting! Very professional, personable, and honest.

We agreed on the price of my trade in before I got there, and the dealership stuck to the agreement. Honesty, on both sides...

Thanks Roger - I will be back.

Gulf Coast Ford and its representatives provided us with superior customer service & friendliness during our purchase experience.

Randy Roth and his Sales Mgr, Tommy, worked diligently on the deal to provide us with a satifactory offer. They maintained constant communication with us and went above & beyond to take care of us! The offer presented was acceptable to us and Randy went to work to locate the "EXACT" vehicle we wanted. Together they prevailed and we are VERY happy owners of our 2012 Ford F-250 Super Duty pick-up truck.

We believe in spreading the word when we come across something, someone or a product worth sharing, and we will certainly recommend Gulf Coast Ford and Randy Roth to anyone!

My overall experience was great and did not feel pressured. The only thing that kind of annoyed me was trying to get all the paperwork faxed over to my bank. After several phone calls made by me and the lady from the bank, we were finally able to get the right paperwork sent, but it took all day to do so.
