My wife and I had purchased a Ford Van from them a couple of years ago and the transaction was very smooth, along with a decent price, so we went back to see if they had another vehicle that we might like because we were in need of one. Sure enough they did and we were able to drive it out the same day. Very fast and friendly service. We will go back.

It was well worth the drive down from Katy to purchase a vehicle from Gulf Coast Ford. Cody Kenney went beyond expectations in getting me a fair price for my trade-in and on the new F-150 I bought. I tell everyone in the new car market to give Cody a call. Great experience!

I rated the recent purchase of my new F-150 Limited as great. Your sales representative Shane Sullivan was extremely helpful in getting the vehicle and features that I really wanted. I chose Gulf Coast for my purchase because I had purchased other vehicles there and I knew I could expect the service I was needing from getting a good trade-in on my older vehicle to ensuring I was completely satisfied with the purchase and delivery of my new vehicle. My experienc at Gulf Coast Auto was great I contacted them via e-mail and Cody Kenney responded within a matter of maybe an hour. Iexplained to him what I was looking for and he sent me a couple of quotes and pictures of trucks and I told him which one I liked best. He took it and ran with it getting me approved through two different lenders and contacted me to come in and do my trade in within a few hours I was driving off the lot in my brand new truck.

Blaine Williams was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. After visiting many dealerships and being disappointed with the customer service of so many of them, I saw a car online that matched my interests but it was a long distance from my home. I called the dealership to ask about it even though I knew it was too far to travel considering my time commitments and there were others at the dealerships within 10 miles of my home. From the moment Blaine answered the phone, I knew something was different. He was attentive but not pushy and committed to helping me find what I was looking for.
