John helped me with my purchase of my 2010 Ford F150 in 2010. I loved my truck but missed my Expedition that I drove for 13 years and 192,000 miles. Everytime I took my truck in for repairs/maintenance, I visited with John. He is always courteous and I like that he remembers me as a customer. Our last visit resulted in me purchasing a new 2012 Expedition where John and others helped us obtain exactly what we wanted and more. I ablsolutely LOVE my new Expedition and my Husband and I are glad to have an Expedition back in the family.

Everything from the minute we walked up was great. John was very professional and not pushy like some salesmen can be. He worked with the information we gave him to help us locate a few options and then came up with the perfect choice. He understood our needs and also informed us on options and services we knew little about. He went all the way to help me set up the sync account and show me how to get started working it. We will definitly be back to buy from John again.

I was very pleased with the customer service I had when purchasing my new vehicle. I orginally went in just looking and ended up buying. I took a test drive with Cory and liked the vehicle - even though it was not the color I intended and it was a little pricer than I wanted but when the deal was finalized I was happy.

The vehicle was missing one mat in the front. I was told one would be ordered and I would get it very quickly. It happened just like that and I appreciated how it was handled.

Great experience and I love my Murano!

Purchased 4 trucks within 6 months. I live in Austin, TX and, at the recommendation of a friend, contacted Gulf Coast Ford when I was fed up with GM products and service here in Austin. Gulf Coast blew the Austin Ford (and GM ) dealers away in both price, service, and commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition, they delivered my trucks to my home, picked up the trades, and signed the papers. Best in Texas!

We had a great experience working with Randy Roth and Don Thompson of Gulf Coast Ford when purchasing a new vehicle. Randy Roth was very knowledgeable and patient(!) in helping us though a four-month homework process of selecting the vehicle with specifications that best meet our family's needs. Randy balanced service and attentiveness to questions without exerting pressure to purchase until we were settled and confident in making our decision. I would like to thank the team at Gulf Coast Ford for there experience in purchasing my used chevy surburban. The staff was fast and quick. And as for my salesman Mr. Blaine Williams he was a super guy and I wish all car salesmen were like him. I did alot of research before I buy a vehicle (financing, dealer invoice cost, extended warranty costs, trade-in values, etc). I found this dealer surprisingly truthful about how much over cost they were selling me the vehicle and how much over cost the extended warranty was. These number were completely in-line with my research. The negotiations were very straight forward, no smoke-n-mirrors tactics. I found them to be refreshingly honest. They also worked very hard to find me the vehicle I was looking for. They searched the entire state of Texas to find the vehicle with the color and options I wanted. They worked 3 days with other dealers to locate and retrieve the vehicle I wanted. They also kept me updated on the progress. I would definetly recommend them.
