Jon gave my husband and I a tour and told about Toyota's care. He explained what was done to my car and all the checks that was done. He speaks highly of Toyota Brand and was very proud when telling us. I would recomend Gusweiler Toyota to anyone because the Sale people and even the ladies working behind the desk had very friendly smiles and very polite

We drove 3 hours to purchase a Toyota Sequoia from this dealership. We had less than an hour and a half to work out a deal and have my husband's paperwork signed. They delivered! This was the most non fuss hassle free car buying experience I have ever had. We would drive back to this dealership to purchase another car. Quick easy, and back home to Kentucky!! Brooks was great to work with as were the other employees.

The people at the dealership were very courteous and informative. My car was fixed promptly and they even shuttled me to eat while it was being serviced and picked me up afterward.

Can't say enough about Bret and J.R. and the whole service department. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and when I showed up late for the appointment (by 15 minutes), they were able to get me in without waiting or having to come back another time. There aren't very many places that take care of their customers like Gusweiler Toyota.

I took my vehicle for service and it was performed to my satisfaction. My vehicle was taken in on time and was finished in the time frame I was told .It was explained to me what was done and all of their findings. Overall I was very happy with my experience. The cost was a little pricey in my opinion but I understand prices do rise. I will probably continue to have my service done at this dealership.

I have done previous business with this particular dealership and always appreciate the quality of their work in maintaining my vehicles as well as the friendliness and honesty of the staff to their customers.
