My Review of HYUNDAI OF EVERETT:
I have had very poor support for my Santa Fe. So far it has been in for air conditioning service 6 times and I am going to have to take it in again. I purchase it used, paid what I consider to be a premium price and purchased the extended warranty. They have not shown an ability of figure out what is wrong with it, they have replace parts, sometimes with re-manufactured ones that are of inferior quality. When they replaced the AC compressor it made a significant internal noise and when we complained about it they said it was normal. It is NOT normal. I have done my own work for over 40 years and I have made a living as a technician in the past.

Also, since I work, my wife has taken it in each time and she is generally treated like a "dumb woman". Which, by the way, is not even remotely true and certainly is not the way to treat a customer.

I would NOT recommend Everett Hyundai.

I have had nothing but good experiances while purchasing and maintaining my vehicle at Hyundai of Everett. The sales people are friendly and helpful. The service department is clean and profesional. I have had the opportunity to interact with almost every person employed by Hyundai of Everett. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to buy or service their Hyundai to visit them first.

Hyundai of Everett is not part of Doug's Hyundai.
