My Review of Haggerty Pontiac:
Going to this dealership was a HUGE mistake. My husband and I had been looking for an SUV for about 2 months, and finally we found one we liked, at Haggerty. We went there and they made everything seem so easy! I should have known it was TOO easy. They were short handed so it took 4.5 hours to get everything in order. We didn't even try to "work a deal", we just accepted the number they gave us because it was perfect! They "sold" us a car, telling us the last paper to be signed would have to be the following day because the banks were closed. No big deal, right? My husband didn’t want to take it home until everything was settled, but they assured us everything would be fine with the bank because both my husband and I have very good credit scores. The next day they called and said we had to bring the car back because the bank didn't want to lend us X amount of dollars, when the car was worth less. Instead of lowering the price of the vehicle/working with us on our trade in, they said the only way to make it work was for us to put a $3,800 down payment, even if we had to put it on a credit card.

When we got back to the dealership, we asked for the keys to what was going to be our trade in, but they were no where to be found. My husband and I waited for about 30 minutes while they looked. Eventually, someone said "maybe they're in the car" and pointed us in the right direction to where our trade in was parked. My husband looked at it through a window and told them that couldn't be our truck, because we didn't have a grill like the one we were seeing. OH NO! It WAS our truck! They had already begun doing work to it, without even knowing if they had sold us their car!!! So THEN we had to wait for them to put it back how it was. Our truck was ready to be sold, having the warranty paper in the front window and information paper on the drivers side window, and a new front end, but they weren't going to sell us their car!! While we waited, one of their salesmen had the audacity to point out other vehicles he thought we might be interested in.

This was the worst retail experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend looking else where before you buy a vehicle from these people. They were very unprofessional.
