Nat Williams provided good Customer service starting with our first contact. He gave
me an appointment time that worked out well with my job schedule, as well as good directions to Haley Toyota. He greeted me with a true welcome and had everything organized and ready for me. He asked me what I wanted in a car and started from their, he was not pushy. He showed me a car I liked and brought it. He was Knowledgeable and fast in doing his job. I did not have to be there entire day,just to complete my purchase. He explained the paperwork and we were done. I was driving off with my new car,which I like so well. Thanks again,Nat.

I came into the dealership...looking for a possiblenew/fuel efficient car for my new job:) Bob greeted me and showed me a car that I never even thought of!!! He was very knowledgeable and respectful. This is my 2nd car I have bought from Haley Toyota...and I am very pleased with the staff:) Patrick was also easy going, and make the "paperwork" process....simple...to the point and got us out of there in no time. We found a used Highlander Haley advertised on the internet. We made an inquiry on the vehicle through the internet late Sunday evening and received a call from Anthony Gray early Monday morning. Through the whole buying experience, Anthony was knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel very comfortable as we worked through a rather unique situation (one of our own making, not Haley's) which added a time constraint to the deal. While we had already secured financing from our bank, we still had to do the paperwork to finalize the purchase, and Nabeel helped us do that. He was also friendly and very personable. So far, just a great team at Haley! I highly recommend giving Haley a visit for your next vehicle purchase!

I actually went to this dealer because all the great sales feedback, but I felt like Robert was not listening and he did not know the cars as well as I did. I had to leave to go to an appointment, but the next morning he called and said he had a message to call me about a Sienna. I was not looking as the Sienna at all-american but at the Prius c. I reminded him and then he asked when.I could come in for a test drive. I said Im not sure but I would when I got a chance again. I reminded him that I was in the beginning stage of looking for a car and was not ready to purchase yet. He said that the Prius c would not last long, which I dont care because Im sure they will make more. Then he proceeded to tell me that I must not be interested because gas prices are down, and that he would hear back from me when they go back up. I informed him that he would not be hearing from me and reminded him again that I was not in desperate need for a new car and that even though it gets better gas milage I would have a car payment again that would actually be more than the amount I spend on gas in a month. I can not stand this type of sales tactic and I will not stand for it. They have just lost my buying business. I will do what I did last time and drive a hundred miles to a toyota dealer that does not treat me that way and wants my business.

Guy Engel was great to work with during our most recent purchase of a new 2012 Prius V. Guy is very informed and does NOT pressure you in anyway. He strives to make sure you are pleased and does whatever it takes to make that possible.

First, Guy quoted the price, with the options we wanted, and then sought to locate the exact vehicle that matched ALL our requests. During this period, he kept us informed by either a phone call or email on the status of our vehicle. After the Prius arrived at the dealership, we were notified immediately, and arrangements were made for the next day to do our test drive and check it out. Guy went over every aspect of the new car and has made it clear that he will be available, at any time in the future, to answer any of our questions.

We are very pleased with our Prius and with our fourth purchase experience with Guy Engel and Haley Toyota.

Mr. Williams was particularly kind, gentle and informative. He was courteous, but not pushy. I would buy a car from him any day! He gave me deals that other dealerships would not consider.
