My 2020 Acura ILX told me it was due a B1 service. I called Southern Acura and was able to get a service appointment on the date and time I requested. I was given progress checks and advised of additional services needed based on dealer checks (front wheel alignment and transmission fluid replacement). My wait was very comfortable weather-wise. The staff was very informative and efficient. More
