This dealership always disappoints in the area of customer service. My experience buying my car was a nightmare. The sales person, Andre, and manager were very pushy and aggressive. The service department is the worse i've ever experienced. The employees are rude and just don't offer the kind of customer service you would expect from an Acura dealership. If I ever purchase another Acura it will be with Priority. They offer so much more when buying a car and they exemplify customer service.

Hall Acura in Newport News was the second Acura dealer that we had visited to look for a used TL on 12/1/2012. We were greeted by Mr. Wallace and was not hasseled or hounded from the time we met. He let us test drive the car and before long we were signing paperwork to buy it. He was very friendly and informative. He answered all questions that we had and made sure he informed us and filled us in on all steps along the way. The only negative I have about the dealership is the cleaning department. Although, I purchased a used car, I feel that steps should have been taken to make sure the car was cleaned and appropriate for a new owner to drive home. Mr. Wallace took no time to step in and address the matter with the cleaning department and manager. If I have any future issues or questions, I will not hestitate to contact Mr. Wallace and feel comfortable knowing that he will help me any way he can. The whole staff at the Newport News location was very friendly and helped my car buying experience move along smoothly and without headeache.

New car buying from Hall Acura was a welcome change from the normal dealership. We knew we might want an Acura SUV after looking at Toyota Highlanders and realizing that after putting the options on we wanted, it cost the same as the MDX which already had all of them in one package.

We first looked at our local Acura dealer in Richmond, and were very turned off by the salesperson and the sales manager. Once we were finally able to escape from there, we decided to drive the 80 miles to the next closest dealer in Newport News. When we arrived at Hall, it was like night and day. Andre Wallace was most informative and helpful, and not at at all pushy or "scripted". He spent a great deal of time listening to what we were looking for, and explaining the difference between the RDX and the MDX. He was was very knowledgable and honest about the cars. We easily negotiated a very reasonable price for the car, and after reading some online forums, found it was significantly less than others were paying at different dealerships. They didn't have the color we wanted with the Tech package, but found one at their Va Beach store, and shipped it over in a hour, got it ready, and we drove home in it.

I will definitely drive the 80 miles from Richmond back to Hall Acura the next time I want a new car.

Two weeks ago I purchased a 2008 MDX from Hall Acura. My sales rep was Devon Sheldon.
We were unable to agree on the difference in price on the first MDX I looked at, but Nate Hollis and Devon found another MDX that met my needs and we were able to agree on price. The sales staff was very polite and knowleable about my MDX. Devon gave me in depth instructions on how to operate all of the systems. I had to return a couple days later with a slight problem with the CD player, Devon and a technician took the car in the shop immediately and fixed the problem. I will definitely return to Hall Acura when I plan to purchase my next car.

I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I travelled from Richmond, VA after being disappointed with my local dealerships. I met Darryl upon entering and instantly felt comfortable and at ease. This was my very FIRST car purchase ever and I had no idea what I was doing. Darryl was great, talked me through everything, and "held my hand" through the entire process. I have any amazing car and I am very thankful for my experience!!!

I purchased a 2009 Acura w/Tech pkg from a Lexus dealer not long ago. I have to admit I was hesitant to approach Hall Acura
to ask for help with my new (used) car simply because I wasnt sure if the sales staff would assist me answering my many questions. I met Mr. Daryl Hoe on my first visit there with my new car, and I want to add it was a Saturday afternoon and he greeted me professionally and was very cordial. He not only answered all my questions, taught me so much about my car, didn't belittle me in the process, assured me I could return as much as needed until I was comfortable with the many options available to me. I want to say again that the customer service Daryl has displayed to me is excellent, his patience and professionalism is greatly appreciated and I will continue to recommend him and the services of Hall Acura in Newport News!!....Thanks Daryl!!

Darryl was professional, extremely knowledgable, and was able to work with us. My husband purchased a TSX a week ago. We were so impressed with Darryl, I went back a few days later and purchased a TL. I wanted specific color and he went overboard to get me what I wanted. I dealt with Korbie Jackson during the purchase of my truck. He was professional, well informed, and responsive to my needs as a customer. I met two sales managers and too were very professional and responsive. I am thinking about purchasing an MDX and wont even consider purchasing from another dealership, Good job guys!!!!
