It really pisses me off to know that since i purchased my car aug 2009, i have not neen able to get a loaner from your company at all! What's interesting is still to this day no one has given me a standard process in ensuring that i get one next time my car needs service! Instead ylu prefer for me to pay 20.00 taxi fee. I paid for a full detail (last time my car was serviced) emailed and called you because i picked my car up in the late evening in which it was dark...water spots all over the car.....you never responded to my concerns but yet had no problem with chargi.g me over 100.00 for a half finished detail! Do i need to speed 45,000-50,000 on a car to receive proper customer service? 42,000 jist isnt enough! You are pathetic!

My Review of Hall Acura Newport News:
Two weeks ago I purchased a 2008 MDX from Hall Acura. My sales rep was Devon Sheldon.
We were unable to agree on the difference in price on the first MDX I looked at, but Nate Hollis and Devon found another MDX that met my needs and we were able to agree on price. The sales staff was very polite and knowleable about my MDX. Devon gave me in depth instructions on how to operate all of the systems. I had to return a couple days later with a slight problem with the CD player, Devon and a technician took the car in the shop immediately and fixed the problem. I will definitely return to Hall Acura when I plan to purchase my next car.

I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I travelled from Richmond, VA after being disappointed with my local dealerships. I met Darryl upon entering and instantly felt comfortable and at ease. This was my very FIRST car purchase ever and I had no idea what I was doing. Darryl was great, talked me through everything, and "held my hand" through the entire process. I have any amazing car and I am very thankful for my experience!!!

I purchased a 2009 Acura w/Tech pkg from a Lexus dealer not long ago. I have to admit I was hesitant to approach Hall Acura
to ask for help with my new (used) car simply because I wasnt sure if the sales staff would assist me answering my many questions. I met Mr. Daryl Hoe on my first visit there with my new car, and I want to add it was a Saturday afternoon and he greeted me professionally and was very cordial. He not only answered all my questions, taught me so much about my car, didn't belittle me in the process, assured me I could return as much as needed until I was comfortable with the many options available to me. I want to say again that the customer service Daryl has displayed to me is excellent, his patience and professionalism is greatly appreciated and I will continue to recommend him and the services of Hall Acura in Newport News!!....Thanks Daryl!!

Darryl was professional, extremely knowledgable, and was able to work with us. My husband purchased a TSX a week ago. We were so impressed with Darryl, I went back a few days later and purchased a TL. I wanted specific color and he went overboard to get me what I wanted. I have never ever had a more pleasant car buying experience. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Darryl. Thank you so much Darryl for being a real car dealer!

Korbie Jackson was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, informative and helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided insight into features I had not considered. I received a great deal on the Acura TL SH-AWD w/ Tech Package, and a fair deal on my trade in. Kim Shourds, finance manager, was efficient and quick to process all the administrative paperwork. Bob Turner, sales manager, was attentive and quick with answers to any questions. Highly Recommend.
