"Service to the Rescue"
Today we went to pick up a part for our Camaro for slight upgrade that Rudy had ordered for us. After paying and heading out to our next stop we noticed the tired pressure going down fast in the Camaro. We came right back to the service department and even though their guys were slammed with work, Steve was able to get our car thrown into mix since there was only 5 PSI left on the runflat when we pulled into the bay. Turned out a screw punched a hole too close to the side wall. Ally was able to find the tired we needed in Norfolk and had someone run and get it. The service department really saved the day for us. Steve even made sure we were taking home so we could get our truck while the Camaro was awaiting it's tire. THANK YOU so much for being like a second family for us today and every time we see you guys.

I got a 2008 Malibu from hall and I had to bring it in a time or two to get things fix in the service center. And I must say BILL SMITH is by far one of the sweetest most caring guys. He makes sure to go above and beyond for his customers. I have never had service like that in my years of going to a car dealership. He's the only guy that I will allow to help me and my family. Bill truly makes Hall chevy a grade A in my book and I would recommend your business to others just because of him alone.
