Dealership is garbage. Tried to rip me off on my trade, quoted excessively high interest rate. I got approved same day from Navy fed @ 1.99 for 72 months. Hall tried to stick me with 7-9%. Absolute garbage. AVOID!!

Presented Steve (Sales Manager) with internet price of 2012 Traverse and he did not want to validate price. He kept saying he was trying to look out for us, but every quote he brought to us was the same. Felt this gentlemen was trying to take advantage of me and my husband. Was very rude and unpleasant. My family has bought numerous cars from this dealership and I have never felt so mistreated and belittled as I did when I left there yesterday. The salesmen Colysn was very nice and appeared to upset with the way the sale manager was treating us. I have never been more unsatisfied.

I know everyone has a bad day, but when I am paying $2300 i expect a friendly cashier, she didnt smile she just looked at me till I gave her my name, took my money and say you good to go. I said where the keys, she looked at me and said i dont have them. Then i said I cant dive it home with out them. She said you can talk to them over there they can find out. Would it had hurt her to pick up the phone.

I will take it somewhere else next time, I at lease get a thank you for my $2300 from them.

I found my 2009 Honda Civic online. I called and he pulled it around front for me. As soon as I saw this car, I knew I wanted it. I met with Hank, and he made sure I got the car I wanted. This was my first car buying experience and he made it go very smooth. I love my civic! I was able to get it in my price range :) Very friendly & helpful. Thank YOU!

On Friday June 1, 2012 my husband and I went to Hall Chevrolet shopping for a 2012 Chevy Camero and had the pleasure of meeting a fantastic staff and worked with the greatest salesman I have ever met, Hank Lockett. Everyone was friendly and knowledgable about the cars that they sale. Hank Lockett was fabulous and went above and beyond for us in every way possible. Ray is the finance manager and is an incredible business manager. I live in FL so bought the auto from out of state which makes the deal more difficult. Ray did such a perfect job obtaining financing for me at a very low rate and completing the interstate transaction. I also worked with Mike Hill, the sales manager, who did a terrific job to make me a very happy customer. Paul, my sales person, also was was very nice to work with and did a wonderful job. The quality, friendliness, overall experience and price was the best and I appreciate the manner in which I was treated. I have bought many cars in my life so far and would recomend this dealership and these employees to anyone looking to purchase an automobile.

I own a 09 impala that i bought new from a Chevy dealership in Norfolk. The engine light came on and instead of driving all the way over to Norfolk we took it to Hall.
Wow, What service. My wife was told it was under warrienty, was given a loaner car, and was treated like she bought the car from Hall.
i also own a 05 Colorado i bought new, i am about to trade it in, i will go to this dealership to see what kind of deal i can get on Silverado

Hank is a great salesman. When I arrived I was driving a car that was pretty upside down with owing more than it was worth. I was not happy with the car at all and wanted a new one. Hank was able to find me a vehicle with ridiculous rebates and those rebates ate up my negative. I think Hank Should be given a medal because he did what other dealerships could not do. I am so happy that Hank was able to help me out and now I'm driving a 2012 Malibu 1LT. It is the best vehicle I have ever owned.

Thank you Hank and the Dealership. I already gave out all your cards at work and will be coming back for more.

I posted a review on 3/10/12 about a visit I had at this dealership. The vehicle wasn't there and I commented on the lack of communication. Today I got a call from the GM , Mike Hill, and it made me feel like a true valued customer. He explained what the mix up was and I admit that my comments were out of anger. Everyone makes mistakes and I hope my comments won't deter anyone from this dealership. Thank you again for the courtesy call. Give me a call when the vehicle comes in. I would still like to do business with this dealership.
