My Review of Hall Chevrolet Western Branch:
Hank is a great salesman. When I arrived I was driving a car that was pretty upside down with owing more than it was worth. I was not happy with the car at all and wanted a new one. Hank was able to find me a vehicle with ridiculous rebates and those rebates ate up my negative. I think Hank Should be given a medal because he did what other dealerships could not do. I am so happy that Hank was able to help me out and now I'm driving a 2012 Malibu 1LT. It is the best vehicle I have ever owned.

Thank you Hank and the Dealership. I already gave out all your cards at work and will be coming back for more.

I posted a review on 3/10/12 about a visit I had at this dealership. The vehicle wasn't there and I commented on the lack of communication. Today I got a call from the GM , Mike Hill, and it made me feel like a true valued customer. He explained what the mix up was and I admit that my comments were out of anger. Everyone makes mistakes and I hope my comments won't deter anyone from this dealership. Thank you again for the courtesy call. Give me a call when the vehicle comes in. I would still like to do business with this dealership.

My Review of Hall Chevrolet Western Branch:
We have been enjoying our Malibu for several weeks now. We had checked the internet
and visited several delearships looking at Malibu and other models of chevrolets.
We never had the feeling that they wanted to work with us.
At Hall Western Branch we experienced friendly, professional salesmanship that
we appreciated. Everyone seemed very close and happy to to there. At least this was
the atmosphere we felt. We feel our salesman Steve Harding and manager Mike Hill
went out of their way to help us and make us feel at home. Every detail was gone
over completely, all questions ansewered. We went away that evening in our Malibu
feeling good.
We would like to thank Steve Harding and Mike Hill for their very professional,
friendly way of helping us select the right car for us.

Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I was able to leave with the car of my dreams, within my price range, and with a lower interest rate than what my bank could offer. Today I brought my car back in to get the Armor package installed and was treated professionally and courteously. I was also given a rental car at no additional charge to use while they serviced my vehicle. They truly care about taking care of their customer's needs and wants. Thank you Hall !!!

Hank was great. He was up front and honest about what we could get within our budget. We ended up leaving with something different then we orginially planned on, but we are very pleased with our purchase. It was his laid back nature that brought us back to the dealership. We loved that he didn't pressure us and he clearly presented all of our options. Overall, it was a great experience!

This was my third time purchasing at Hall and by far, my best experience. They were helpful and quickly got me into the car of my choice (financing and all). Everyone was extremely nice, especially Hank! We laughed the whole time and it was stress-free. Best part? EVERYONE sees you off in your new car after cheering and setting off air horns. I will definitely go back for any future vehicle purchases. Highly recommended.

Hank was fantastic and was cracking me up during the test drive! I actually had fun buying a car. The whole staff was friendly and really tried to get me a great deal. I was impressed with how much I got from my trade-in, considering it was 15 years old. And receiving a round of applause and congratulations as I walked out the door to leave was a nice touch! Overall, this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have EVER had. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
