My Review of Hall Chevrolet:
I knew exactly what I wanted when I first talked to Mark. Hall didn't have it on their lot but Mark found it in another state and delivered it to me!! Is that service or what? He has been absolutely the BEST salesman I have ever worked with. He is good to his word and has never let me down. I had an issue with my sun roof and he even helped me with that. Told me to call Stacy in the service department and they would take care of everything. They certainly did just that!! Stacy was great to work with and she went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied. There was even a problem with the repair, but both Mark and Stacy stayed right on it and made sure I was completely satisfied...which I was. They are a tremendous asset to Hall and I am extremely pleased to have met both of them and not the least bit hesitant to reccommend Hall. They are definitely A-1 in my book!!

Our experience with Hall Chevrolet and Chris Lajoie was exceptional. Mr. Lajoie sold our son his first new vehicle and we were so impressed that we returned to purchase our new vehicle. Mr. Lajoie worked diligently to find a payment plan that would be acceptable to our needs. The employees were friendly and courteous. Overall, our experience with Hall Chevrolet was outstanding. We highly recommend Hall Chevrolet and Chris Lajoie.

The whole staff was fantastic and really friendly and helpful. They seemed very trustworthy and straightforward. It was one of the best experiences I have had buying a new car. We did not even buy a car that was on the lot. We drove a Tahoe around, figured out exactly what we wanted, they did a search in the area for the exact Tahoe we wanted, and we bought it. We absolutely love the vehicle and really appreciated the experience.

My Review of Hall Chevrolet:
My husband and I were in the market for a used car. We saw the model and make we were looking for at this dealership in Chesapeake. We live in Newport New so it is a nice drive to get down there. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Marc. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were then shown the vehicle and took it for a test drive within the first fifteen minutes of being there. We decided to make the purchase and Marc was wonderfully patient and very easy to talk to. This is the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership!I can't speak as highly about the rest of the staff but Marc Marcomeni was a great pleasure to interact with and if you are in the market for a vehicle, it is well worth the commute to work with him!

Ms Mooris is a big asset to your business she always put the customer first. She go out of her way to make sure she takes care of you. She is the reason I alway have my Hummer service at Hall's. The part for my truck was not in stock, Stacy had the part shipped over night and provided with a loaner car.

My Review of Hall Chevrolet:
I bought a truck from this dealer in 2004. The deal was made. They had to pull my truck from another dealer. I came in to pick up my new truck. While doing the paperwork the deal changed. I was very disappointed. I returned to the dealer to purchase a 2006 Ext Cab Truck and spoke to a salesman who tried to help, but a manager had to step in and promised me a great deal. I returned, ready to buy and again the deal changed. I went to Priority Chevrolet and got the same truck at a better deal without hassle. I returned to Priority to purchase my 2007 Silverado as well. After two years (2009) I thought I would give Hall another chance. Within ten minutes I had been mis informed, so I left and purchased a vehicle elsewhere. There are very few redeeming qualities about this dealership. One is Stacy in the service department. She is a pleasure to deal with and the only reason I even turn into that dealer's parking lot and have given them multiple chances to win my business back. I don't think that I am difficult to deal with as I don't have these issues at any other dealer. It's not my financial status either with a credit score well over 700 and six figure annual earnings.

We had bought a truck from KJ several months before and came back to him due to the fact that he was honest with us and the service was outstanding. We will use Hall Chevrolet in the future as long as KJ is a part of that team. I recommend this dealership strongly!
