I purchased my 2007 Pacifica new and have gotten all of my service done at the dealership. I have worked with a couple of the service advisers but Baker is the one I look for when I go in. He is always pleasant, upbeat, and friendly. He advises me on what my vehicle is in need of. He is very helpful on letting me know what is the most important service as opposed to what can wait until the next time I come in, because I always come back. Today I was also helped by Johnny, he was kind enough to give my husband and myself a courtesy ride while my vehicle was being worked on. My vehicle was completed on time as usual. The girls they have working at the check-out are also very nice and helpful. The one I had today told me about a great oil change program they have going on that I will definitely sign up for on my next visit. I always recommend the service department at Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

Our experience with Hall was not good and we should of known that from the beginning. My wife and I have been looking at the Town and Country's and she decided to go during her lunch to look since it is close to work. NO ONE would help her. I went there an hour later and actually had to go inside and find one of the salesman who were sitting around, blasting music and doing nothing. At this point they gave me Jim Price who was a very nice salesman and was not pushy which I liked. We took the minivan to where my wife works and let her look at it. A week later we went back ready to buy, my wife only had an hour for lunch again and this is where the fun starts. Their sales manager wanted to play games back and forth even though we did not have time to play games. Then when he came over and sat down with us and presented "HIS BEST PRICE" it was still 2k more then another one we looked at at another dealer. The other one did not have the Nav System or the Sunroof like this one at hall and we took that into consideration when we ran the numbers but it still was 2k more. He then said to meet him in the middle and came back with only $600 less. When we tried to explain this he would not stop talking and kept interrupting me then said I didn't need to raise my voice to him. I got up and walked out and will be the last time I deal with them. I went to Southern Chrysler-Jeep after we left there and wouldn't you know, they were not pushy, they were polite, and they didn't play the games they did at Hall. Walked in, got the paperwork, done....

Also, Hall told us that we could not use the Chrysler/Dodge loyalty discount even though we currently own two dodge products because it would have to own a van/minivan for it to count. Southern had NO problems with it what so ever. We the rebates we calculated ourselves with no problem. Night and day difference between the two dealers and it is a shame.

I would recommend Jim Price to anyone but their sales manager is a less desirable.

I do a lot of my own servicing so i don't visit a dealership's Service Department often. I bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee recently and have needed a dealers expertise to resolve some issues i'm having with it. By the way this is my fourth Jeep product since 1978 so i do know a little about them. Olivia Richardson was assigned as my Service Advisor and I really can't do anything but praise my experience with the Service Department. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and goes out of her way to see that your vehicle is taken care of. The technician's also did a great job in diagnosing and servicing my vehicle. I will return to this dealer for service for my Jeep, and i will recommend them to anyone i know that needs their vehicle serviced. I will also specifically recommend to them to ask for Olivia Richardson as their Service Advisor based on my two experiences. I would even go as far to say i would buy my next new vehicle from Hall if this level of service is indicative of what i could expect from the Sales Department. Gotta five 5's across the board.

Mauri was very helpful in the selection of my car. He also was very resonable and negotiable to work with. The dealership also cleaned and filled the tank before leaving. The whole staff was very friendly and nice to work with. They weren't pushy like most dealerships, and they where very curtious towards me.

I am not the type of person who usually leaves feedback but in this case, it needs to be shared. I have a 2003 Dodge Cummins Diesel truck that Is my pride and joy. On November 8th, 2011 I picked up some bad fuel at one of the local service stations and it did a number on my injectors. I had the truck towed to a local Virginia Beach Diesel mechanic for repair. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. Well several weeks went by before a line was even removed from my engine which of course allowed the local station to clean out the bad fuel from their tanks so they said it wasn't their fault. So the mechanic put new injectors in my truck but left some of the bad fuel in and it screwed those injectors up and then he wanted me to pay for them again. Oh by the way, they ran into my pretty truck with another customer’s vehicle while it sat awaiting repair so now my fender is smashed in. My insurance company said enough is enough; we towed the vehicle out on Feb 6, 2012 to Hall Chrysler under the care and supervision of Joe Meyer (Assistant Service Manager). Wow, I have to say, it was a pleasure dealing with someone who treated me like a customer and when Joe said he would take care of me, he wasn't kidding. They even went so far as to check the cylinder walls for damage before they put any new parts on my truck because bad fuel can do a lot of damage. An estimate was created and Joe sent that to my insurance company. They approved the work and in one week, Joe called me and said my truck was running great. I about fell out of my chair when he told me that it was already put back together and running. He went over a few areas of concern on my truck that were not related to this particular repair and I ended up calling around to get prices on those recommended services. Called Joe back and his pricing was extremely competitive that I went with his team because they offer one year/12,000 mile warranty on their parts. I am so happy to report that when I picked my truck up it was washed and ready to go out front. When I went over the invoice with Joe, the mechanic was standing next to us and he addressed all my questions about the repairs. Joe walked me to my truck and we did a quick walk around and I departed. I still can't believe how well they took care of me and how great their service is and the price was remarkable. Joe Meyer and his team are number one in my book and I will be back for all my automotive needs!

I was given wonderful service and I was extremely pleased that I walked away with EXACTLY the vehicle that I wanted at a fair and reasonable price. Everyone in the dealership was courteous and helpful. Fagan was outstanding and professional and definitely wasn't pushy and aggressive, like other sales that I have encountered in the past. I would highly recommend your dealership to my friends and family.

Drove into the dealer with no intention to buy. And terry came to us while we were lookingnat the 2012 300C and without hesitation asked if I wanted to look inside of it, knowing I was not there to make a purchase I said yes. Terry knew my intentions and still choose to show me 3 different models over the span of an hour and 40 minutes, without asking me or pressuring me to buy! Terry even let me take it for a test drive,which I loved. At the end he gptmy information from me to check up on me in the future! I know when I do buy one of these cars it will be from hall motors and hopefully terry. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

Very enjoyable NO pressure sale, even after having doubts when the final piece of paper was ready for my signature. Great car buying experience, and I would recommend anyone put them on their list of places to at least visit when car shpopping in the VIrginia Beach area.

I am 74 and have bought many new cars over the past 50 years. The process is typically painful and filled with a lot of game playing both before and after the sale. The process this time with Mauri on the front end and Alex on the back end was clean and straight forward. Hall is to be commended on operatine a business that treats its customers like adults.
