My Review of Hall Ford:
My truck delevoped severe engine problems after fueling up. I took it to Hall Ford because it was the closest dealership that I could drive to. I was totally impressed with the service and price I received once the repairs were completed. Lisa kept in constant contact with me to let me know how things were going. Because of her they have a customer for life. I live an hour and a half away from their location, but it's worth it because of the GREAT customer service I received.

My Review of Hall Ford:
Walked into dealership to book appointment for scheduled maintainence. After a complete review of the maintainence needs she informed me she could perform the work right then if I had the time. As it was already 2pm, and I needed the car by 5:30pm I did not think there was time. She assured me there was and I left the car with her. As the maintenance was being performed the technician noted that I needed new front brakes. Again Lisa assured it could all be handled in the time alloted and she was right. When I returned, all the work had been accomplished and the car had been washed. She really went the extra mile and it came in noticably below the quoted estimate.

Good job. I am going back to her for all my service needs.

My Review of Hall Ford:
The service I receive from Hall Ford is excellent. Not only do they give good quality work they also give me a dianostic print out of the work that needs to be done and pictures of have the parts that need to be replaced looks like compared to how they should look. I am very much satisfied with the service and how Lisa Anderson comes and sit with me and explain what I need to do and ask if or when I want to do it.

I walked in with no appointment to get my oil changed and fuel filters replaced and Lisa instead of calling went back to the diesel tech to see if he could work on my truck and get a time frame him. They had me in and out of there in a very timely matter.

My Review of Hall Ford:
My business owns two 15 passenget vans used to transport children to and from home and to and from school. When I have a problem, I have no problem taking my vans to Hall Ford for maintenance and inspections as I have always been dealt with fairly and courteously. I find that other car shops in the area are lower in their labor costs than Hall Ford, but I find that I am more pleased with the workmanship at Hall and have fewer complaints than other places. I highly recommend the service from Hall Ford, especially for the big 15 passenger vans.

My Review of Hall Ford:
Great overall experience...have been taking my F-150 here for 3+ yrs and the service staff and techs have taken extraordinary care of my vehicle. The customer service is superb and the quality of work by the techs far exceeds my expectations. I rated the price a 4 vice a 5 only because there are some other shops around that are cheaper, but this is no indication that I think they are over priced--you get what you pay for. A better metric might be VALUE vice PRICE. Anyone can offer a low price but Hall Ford truly offers better VALUE.

I come in to Hall Ford 4 of 5 times a year and am already greeted in a welcoming and timely manner. The service personnel that help me are always informative and do what they can to get my vehicle finished as soon as possible. Even when I show up near the end of the day, they do a good job to get things taken care of. Keep up the great job.

My Review of Hall Ford:
The dealership did an outstanding job of cleaning my vehicle. It was a bit pricey but the level of service was worth the expense. They cleaned the interior, exterior and engine compartment and waxed the vehicle to a nice shine. I would recommend the work to others.
