My Review of Hall Hyundai Newport News:
Overall we were pleased with the dealership and the sales associate who worked with us. We feel they could have been more competitive with the price. The sales associate should have a better technical knowledge of the vehicle. Also, she should have been better about returning phone calls, we called several times and did not receive a call back. She was very nice and professional.

My Review of Hall Hyundai Newport News:
My sales person, Ashley Clines, did an amazing job in helping me get exactly what I want at a very good price! She explained everything clearly. She went above and beyond to get the exact car I wanted from another dealership within the notice of just one phone call. I had my aunt and uncle come in to help me in figuring out what would be a good price for the car I purchased, and she worked with them as well to help me get the best deal. All in all, my experience with Ashley Clines was amazing for being a first time car buyer!

My Review of Hall Hyundai Newport News:
Last Friday i was looking for cars to see if any had any great deals because I was looking for a newer car 2006 and up with low miles. when i got off work that night my mom stopped by Hall Hyundai and we had met our great sales representative Alyisa and that night she pulled up our credit in less then five minutes and took all of our information in less then thirty minutes. Since it was late night we weren't guaranteed a car that night but Alyisa who i would say is AWESOME, promised me a car the next day. The next day we get a call and she found me a 2006 Hyundai Elantra, at first she told us the monthly payments we were not to happy with it but Alyisa help us get to a stable price and in the next hour i got my first car :). Hall Hyundai is great and i would recommend it to every body. If your Ever in New port NEws i would ask you to try searching here and ask for Alyisa shes great.

From the first time I walked in and was greeted by Alex, the internet sales person to when I drove off; the entire experience was wonderful!! Ashley was wonderful and helped with all my questions and paper work to programimg my phone to the Blue Tooth!
Ashley was very professional and a real joy to work with! Thank you Hall Hyundai and I will be sure to reccommend to you to all of my friends!

My Review of Hall Hyundai Newport News:
My mother and I visited this Hyundai dealership two days ago and we were greeted by Ms. Ashley Cline. She was very personable and also knowledgeable in trying to find the best car to suit my wants and needs. Ashley was able to answer all of my questions. If there was anything she was unsure about, she didn't hesitate to find out the answer for us. She was very kind and guided my mother and I through the purchasing process patiently. She assisted us in financing my new Hyundai and worked very hard to try to meet mine and my mother's requests. Today I drove off the lot with my new car and because of our experience my mother is also considering purchasing her next vehicle from this dealership. If you are in the market for a new car, I would highly recommend this dealership and that you work with their sales consultant, Ashley Cline.

My Review of Hall Hyundai Newport News:
I made a service appt on line friday 12-2-11 for monday morning. I arrived 15 mins early I was quickley greeted, Brenda had my information up and ready and by 8;10 my car was taken back. Fourty five minutes later my car was inspected the oil was changed and they checked all other systems on my Sonata. Not only was it fast there was no charge for my services today. Being the holiday season no charge was music to my ears. This is my second time I have been in for service on my vehicle and Brenda has been amazing. I thank Hall for the service dept. here I can tell you it makes it very hard to want to go anywherelse when you get a product and service like I get at Hall Hyundia.

first of all ms. shemyal gilliam was the sales lady that sold me my car and she was so very good. she was very,very pleasant, she was dressed very good, she made sure that I understood everything about my new car. she took her time with me. she answered all of my questions.she is a very,very person and if I bought another car I would go to Hall and I definetly would want shemyal to sell me another car. After being dejected by several other dealierships that brushed me off, Siad and Ray took time to listen to my needs and match me to the perfect car for me.

They offered top dollar for my traid (far above the other dealierships) and offered me maximum car and features for my money. To be honest, I left the lot that day with more features and a larger car then I had expected. Outstanding job!

I am probably an exception since I actually look forward to taking my 2011 Sonata in for car service...the experience, price, and courtesies extended to me have been super over the past year. Every attempt and offer for service and convenience is extended to me by this fine dealership run by Mr. Nance. When I buy my next Hyundai (and unless I get struck by lightening, I will) it will be from Hall in Newport News. It is convenient to where I live and the smiles from Brenda Messer, a SVCc Manager, on down are genuine.
