My Review of Hall Hyundai Western Branch:
I am really disappointed in the service I recieved. My husband and I went there because it is two minutes from our in-laws home and we wanted to have the car we purchased serviced near-by. The guy that assisted us, Mike Brackin, was completely useless, rude, and arrogant. I should have known our first problem was when he said there were NO 2013s, when we were standing right next to one, and kept insisting I was WRONG that the new Elantras had no power front seats. Low-and behold that is RIGHT on the sticker on the car, and when we opened the door to show him, he didn't even have the decency to apologize to us. He cut me off so many times when I was speaking, started treating me rudely, and when we went to see if they could get us the car we wanted, he jacked up the MSRP by 1300 dollars, kept rudely dismissing my desire to finance through my bank and kept talking to us as if we were ignorant. If I am going to spend over 22,000 on a new car you could at least be HUMBLE. All he cared about was bragging about how many cars they sold, and that my bank was useless. He then tried to sell me the car on the lot which was NOT what I wanted, only because I told him that price was more acceptable than the jacked up one he was quoting me. The worst service ever! Lastly he tried to tell us that the new price for the 2013s via USAA were not up, and my husband pulled them up right on his phone. This guy was so miserable and such a dishonest, uncaring, greedy, self-centered person, we just left. The only time he was decent to us was when he found out our careers and our age. I would NOT recommend this dealership, or at least this guy!

HORRIBLE service. When the lady called me back and I told her how upset we were on how we were treated, I guess she relayed it back, and the man had the AUDACITY to send me a condescending email, telling me that clearly it was my fault and that I was being insensitive and had a problem understanding. Lastly he had the audacity to offer me a cheap 20 gas card when a simple, honest, humble apology would have brought me back to buy the car!

My Review of Hall Hyundai Western Branch:
Great experience. We were looking for a specific car and options package and the Hall team worked with us to find a car that fitted our desires. Price was good, and the customer service was responsive and friendly. This is the second car I purchased with Hall and the experience has been great each time. I see some reports from other people about poor communications and price problems, but this was not my experience. Hall has been up front about prices, and always treated me well and with respect. I can't say what happened to those people who are negatively rated Hall Hyundai, but I have definitely had a very positive experience with them, and I recommend you give them a try.

Love the place. All employees are friendly and willing to work with you about anything. I just brought a 2006 Chrysler 300 with low mileage at a very reasonable price. Since I had the car, I been driving it because of its smoothness and not to toot my own horn but getting girl's numbers has increase by 15% and I was already at 80%...Thanks HALL HYUNDAI WESTERN BRANCH!!!

My Review of Hall Hyundai Western Branch:
I was interested in leasing a new vehicle and narrowed it down between a Hyunda Elantra and a Ford Focus. I really liked the looks of the Elantra and after a test drive, I decided that was the car to lease. I went to Hall Hyunda in Western Branch as that is close to my home and met with Terrence Hall-Stevenson. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Elantra. He and the Sales Manager, Scott (sorry I do not have his last name) worked with my wife and myself and the transaction went smoothly. The best evidence of this is that my wife did not complain once and actually commented on how refreshing it was not to spend endless hours negotiating a deal. I would recommend the dealership and our salesman to anyone in the market.

My Review of Hall Hyundai Western Branch:
I exchanged multiple emails with the internet team regarding the car I was interested in. The internet team knew I was located 2+ hours away, so we set up an appointment to come see it/test drive it the following weekend. When we got there, everyone told us how many people had already come to look at the car, what a great car it was and how it would not last long on their lot. We went out to see the car and it did not start--not a big deal, they told us the battery must be dead since sooo many people had come to see it. After using the battery kit to start it, the car still would not run. It cut off every time we hit the gas pedal. When I asked if any of these other interested buyers had actually gotten to DRIVE the car, no one had an answer, one actually claimed that she "could not really remember". We drove 2+ hours to see a car that did not run! They knew we were coming that far and supposedly not one person there had a clue that all of the sudden this car had issues. They told us that it just needed a tune up but we were not interested in a car like that. The new car manager was the only was available and was very apologetic and did everything he could to help us, which was much appreciated, but we will not be returning to Hall Hyundai.

My Review of Hall Hyundai Western Branch:
Mark McCarty and the staff at the Western Branch Hall Hyundai made my car buying experience painless and quick! Mark let me test drive many vehicles and was very knowledgable about all the details on a wide variety of different vehicles. I ultimately fell in love with the fully loaded Veracruz, which had all the options I was looking for, but at a MUCH lower price. I had been shopping for another Honda Pilot, as my wife had put 175,000 miles on her 2003 model, with very few repairs. I test drove the Veracruz, and was glad I did! It drove circles around the Pilot, and had options the new Pilot didn't even offer! This is my third time buying from Mark and all of the fantastic staff at Hall Hyundai, and everyone there was genuinely nice, and really cared about me! The warranty Hyundai offers just blows away the competition, I'll be buying all of my future vehicles there, and I'll be sending my friends and family there as well. It's a bit of a drive for me, living in Newport News, but well worth it!

My Review of Hall Hyundai Western Branch:
Didn't have an appointment but was treated as a valued customer. I told her what I was interested in and she brought out keys to two different types of vehicles and was very impressed with both cars. I didn't end up buying a car from this dealership as I found a great deal on a Hyundai from a private dealer but this was the first dealership that had some really good quality cars at fair prices. I had some terrible experiences with other dealerships (for example made an appointment and no one was there to meet me and the car I was supposed to test drive had bumper damage and was blocked in so could not test drive...huge waste of my time.) That was NOT the case here. Very friendly, very professional, very attentive.
