I have been a Mazda Owner for over 5 years and I am always pleased with the customer service and quality of service that I receive from the staff at Hall Mazda. Our car buying experience at Hall Mazda was a pleasant surprise. In fact, we've not been treated better in any dealership, ever! It was through the USAA Car Buying Service that we connected with Hall Mazda. And, now, looking back, it is so obvious why Hall Mazda is designated a USAA Certified Dealer. Robert Pena and Steve Schwartz were great - truly a pleasure to work with. All our questions and concerns were cheerfully and professionally addressed. And,though we didn't get the price down to our low (unrealistically low) target, we left content. We highly recommend Hall Mazda and Robert Pena and Steve Schwartz in particular. Good job gentlemen!

I purchased a used vehicle from Hall Mazda and I was extremely impressed with the service and vehicle. They understood what I wanted and found the perfect car for me in the price range I was looking for. Robert Pena and Zack Byrd worked together to get me in and out of the dealership without a lot of stress and pressure. Virgil was the salesman we met and from the beginning he made my wife and I feel comfortable. We spent a lot of time there and test drove 3 cars. We know everything we need to know because of him and he answered numerous questions. The sales manager was also helpful ,Zack Byrd. We are going to return and negotiate for a CX 9. I am actually looking forward to the experience.

I purchased a Mazda from this dealership altho with hindsight I should have never signed for my car. I was told one price on the car and then was told another story of the price the date I went in to buy. I had originally gone to this dealership to inquire about a car. That day I was told my trade in value for my car would only be valid for seven days. Almost two weeks later my mother had gone to the dealership to try and haggle the price down for me since I live in another city yet wanted to buy my vehicle at Hall. The trade in was never mentioned when the sales manager Zac agreed to sell the car for $19,000. Two days later when I had agreed to come in to purchase the vehicle I was told the amount was $20,000 for the car. I mentioned it was supposed to be $19,000 then was told by Robert that my trade in brought it down to $19,000. I signed for the car even tho I was confused about the pricing since I hadn't been present with my mother when the $19,000 price was offered to her with a hand shake by Zac and with no mention of my trade in. I ended up contacting the gm of Hall two days later. He said he would call me back after consulting with Zac and Robert. He never called me back. Robert and Zac called my mother to discuss the pricing altho neither one contacted me. I was the one who purchased the car not my mother. I've decided to not have anything to do with this dealership now. This was my first time buying a car and I can say I definitely learned a lot from this experience and will never get taken again.

Courteous and professional staff. They provided a stress free environment with no pressure and made sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. The staff made sure all my questions and concerns were answered and even provided a full tank of gas once my purchase was complete.

I received professional, experieinced, and courteous service from Madza auto service dept. I brought a 2010 Madza3 from the Madza dealership, Va. Bch, Va in April. Last week the display panel had a slight malfunction. I called the service dept., in which, I received prompt courteous response to bring my car in for service. When I took my car in to be serviced the reception was courteous, thier mannerism was professional, service was performed in a timely manner and completed with a smile. I am a satisfied customer.

Mr. Showell Sold me the car and he was very courteous, knowledgeable of the car's capabilities. He was very friendly and personable. Mr. Copeland was very friendly and knowledgeable of the financing issues. I also dealt with Zack who was honest and worked hard at getting me done. These people and their personalities is why I give Mazda VB the highest rating possible.

I have visited the Dealership several times after the purchase for routine maintenance. They are simply above all other dealers and maintenance shops.
