My Review of Hall Mitsubishi Virginia Beach:
Karley emailed to ask if I was interested in purchasing a car I told her only if it were a Nissan 350z. She said great we have one. I went in to see her and she greeted me with a genuine smile and full of personality. I told her my credit was not great and she said she was going to get me in the car and she did. After things were complete she congradulated me with a big hug. Great personality and a genuine sales person. She did everything she could to see that I was happy. Thanks Karley!! Now after I looked over the car I noticed that there were some scratches on the bumper so I called James Copeland the sales manager and I told him about it and that I was not happy with the way it looked. He told me although the car was a purchase as is car that not to worry he would take care of it. He was kind and very professional. I took the car in to get it repaired and to my amazement now the bumper looks new. Great job James thank you so much and Thanks to all of Hall Mitsubishi.

My Review of Hall Mitsubishi Virginia Beach:
I recently purchased a Mitsubishi Eclipse from Hall Mitsubishi Virginia Beach. Ms. Pati was my salesperson and she was awesome. She was very considerate, friendly and does whatever she can to ensure you have a pleasurable car buying experience. After selecting my vehicle, I went through the paperwork drill. Once that was complete my salesperson and I went to the finance managers office to sign my contract and select other options (GAP insurance, interior/exterior protection, etc). Things started to turn negative when I met Joe, the Finance Manager. He was a real a**hole. From the time I stepped into his office to the time I walked out. He never made eye contact, made it completely obvious that he didn't have to answer any of my questions pertaining to the paperwork I was signing. I asked one question and turned defensive and me "I'm not gonna get into it with you". I was like "I'm just asking for clarification" calm down dude. He was talking a hundred miles an hour, started throwing/snatching the papers I signed and acted like a total jerk. My salesperson asked him a question and if looks could kill....she wouldn't have been here today. Once I finished signing my papers he stuffed them in an envelope, put it on the table, turned his back and started working on something else. There was no congratulations on my new vehicle, not even a hand shack. I felt as if I made the biggest mistake of my life. My salesperson was sitting their in disbelief as everything took place. She apologized about everything. The next day the a**hole (Joe) call me and says my interest rate changed and I needed to come back to sign another contract. I went in and he had the same negative attitude. Three days later he calls again and says their was something wrong with my payoff and I needed to come in yet again. I did and got the same attitude, then I told that the DMV paperwork hasn't been submitted yet and that it will take 2-3 weeks for them to process the paperwork. What!?! This has been my worst car buying experience thus far. By no means is this review trying to discourage anyone from doing business at this dealership, but to shed light on my experience.

i came into Hall Mitsubishi to get a used car. everyone was so nice and helpful. they helped me get into the car i wanted and they sat and talked to me and my daughter in law. when i had taken the car back to be serviced they were very helpful and very nice. i would recommend this place to my friends.

My Review of Hall Mitsubishi Virginia Beach:
I recently got into a terrible car accident in which my 3 year old Jeep was totaled. I was not looking forward to purchasing a new car at all. I had been visiting different dealers in the area for weeks and put up with the usual dealer B.S. So it was incredibly refreshing to go to a dealership where EVERYONE was friendly, funny, and most importantly, straightforward. Patricia "Pati" Hennard was not only the best car dealer but the best salesperson I have ever come across. She is warm, smart, understanding, and works hard to get you the best deal on your vehicle. We did not experience the usual tag-of-war, haggling that most dealers put you through, Pati was direct and to the point. I had an excellent experience with Pati and with all the staff at Hall Mitsubishi Va Beach. I not only purchased a new car but made a new friend. I would recommend you go down to Hall Mitsubishi Va Beach to avoid all the lip service from other dealers and get a great deal from the amazing staff there.

This was an amazing First new car experience Pattie was there with me all the way. After months and months of trying to get me a new car, we finally found a way and we did. I found the car I wanted for a very long time, and got rid of my old POS =]
Patti was very friendly and excited to help my with a new loan and car purchase, very well educated and skilled at her profession, in my opinion... She should be running the place. Every question I asked from the time I started until the time I finished buying my car, she always had the right answer I was looking for. Until this day I tell people to go to Hall and ask for Patti. THE BEST!!! I would highly recommend first time and experienced buyers to get a car from Hall and Patti.

My Review of Hall Mitsubishi Virginia Beach:
I went to Hall after looking at their inventory on their website - when I arrived, the car that I was not interested in had already been sold but was not taken off the website. Patti showed me another car - I test drove it and I liked it - we began working on a deal. I had no idea that I would be leaving with the car that night - but I did. I explained to Patti that I had a title loan on the car that I was trading and that the interst was compounded daily and that the payoff balance that I gave her was only good for that day. I was not advised that they would not send the payoff until they received all of the money that I was paying out of pocket for a down payment which was originally said to be $1000 which I was okay with. The papers were signed and I left believing that everything was okay & that they had secured a finance company for me. This was on the 8th of Sept - I was to make a payment to the title company on the 16th but was advised not to do that by Patti. On the 19th I received a call from the title loan company asking why I did not make the payment - I explained to them that I had traded in the car & that the dealership was going to pay them off - she stated they had not heard from them and that I was still responsible for the payment. I called Patti back & advised her of the phone call I had received and it was then that I was told that until my down payment was paid in full they would not payoff the title loan. On Saturday, the 24th, Patti sends me a text: "Melanie I do not want them to pick up your car - you need to call about your payoff or go take care of the difference asap. They only have 1379.15 set up in deal to payoff. Please address this otherwise they cannot get title." I immediately called Patti & then spoke with Brian - I read him the text - he said no one was going to pick up my car. When I went in to make the 2nd $500 payment - which I thought was going to be it, I was then advised that the finance company that they thought they had secured denied my application. Yes, another company was found and after speaking witht them, they accepted my loan application however I was then told that I would need to pay an additional $750 which I was not prepared to do. The only reason I did not end the whole deal was because they had given me the car and I had been driving it for 2 weeks - I was not about to be embarrassed and humiliated - then Patti tried to suggest that they would change me into another car - I declined that offer! I agree to paying the additional $750 but I'm scrapping everywhere to get the money. I get another call on the 28th from the title loan company advising they still had not received payment. I spoke with Brian and was told that they needed another $294.10 in order to get the title - so on the 3rd of October I paid a total of $1044.10 to Hall in addition to the previous $1000.00 that I was originally told would be my out of pocket down payment and that the title company would owe me a refund but it would be up to me to get them to send it to me! I went along with this deal because I was in desperate need of transportation and after going through all of this I didn't feel like going to another dealership wasting time. I ended up putting out $2044.10 in cash, they gave me $2000.00 on my trade for a grand total of $4044.10. I feel that I have been taken advantage of because my credit was the pits. I feel that they could have done better. I don't feel that they should have given me the car until they had secured a finance company - that would have saved me from the potential embarrassment and humiliation I could have endured. I appreciate the fact that the car payment went from $490 to $430 but the experience was horrific! I should have gone back to Little Joe's where I bought the car that I traded from. I had just had a car repossed and had nothing to trade & was asked to pay $2000.00 down with no hidden charges and stress that I endured here at Hall. Patti was very friendly and apologetic and I appreciate what they did to find someone to finance the loan, but they took me through HELL!

My Review of Hall Mitsubishi Virginia Beach:
I would have to say this was the worse car purchase experience I have ever had. That being said Pat was very helpful for the most part, however I had asked for fog lights to be put on the car and to add the cost to the loan. I was told that would be done and come to find out it was not added as I was told. The Broker who handles getting a loan goes way too fast and it was not until later that we found that the lights where not added. On top of that it took three weeks after I purchased the car to get my copy of the loan paperwork and even two days before my first payment was to be made I still did not know who I needed to make that payment to. At this point I would not recommend purchasing a car through this dealership. I would say if you want a Mitsubishi go over to Hampton or anywhere other than Holland Rd, Hall Mitsubishi.

Pati was very helpful in the purchase of our 2011 Outlander. She was very accomodating when we wanted to come back for a 2nd test drive, then a 3rd test drive with a different vehicle! She was very knowledgeable and did a great job from the start of the process all the way through delivery. And she has a Pug, just like we do! :) Go buy from Pati!
