Peter Capriotti was extremely helpful and honest in the sales process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and never once did I feel the pressure to buy. He made me feel very at ease and even assisted me by giving additional information on insurance options and options on the vehicle. I highly recommend Peter to those looking for a new or used vehicle. It was well worth the drive from Brooklyn, NY.

I just wanted to give a big Thanks to the guys in the service department. I have taken my vehicle to them twice already and I am always satisfied not only with the service but with the way they make me feel like family. Also, would like to give a special Thanks to Abraham who is always accommodating, professional and a true pleasure to deal with. My VW service department is the best they are truly EXCEPTIONAL and Abraham is the BEST, always providing amazing customer service every time I have any issues with my VW. Rich Nebel was by far the best car salesman I have ever come across. I intentionally went to the dealership to get the VW Jetta I already owned fixed. I was giving a lot of problems and Im in school so i desperately needed it fixed. Needless to say, when i took it to servicing, the car was going to cost me way too much for it to get fixed. Right away, Rich came to me to see if he was able to assist me. I went to his office, he sat down, crunched my budget, and worked out a way for me to get a brand new 2013 VW Jetta to actually fit my budget. Long Story short i walked out of there with my brand new car and a new "family member". Rich from me to you, you rock!!!!!!! and for as long as im driving i will bring any business I can to you!

This was the easiest car buying for me. I was treated with respect. No games. Peter was very professional, very knowledgeable, very helpful.

My lease was coming to an end so I decided to find out if I could get out of it early and get a new car for myself. My husband and I stopped in to Hamilton VW and were greeted by Mr. Bryant. He was warm, smart and professional. We enjoyed our time with him and walked out with a new 2013 Jetta. He was efficient and we got through it as quickly and pleasantly as possible. I will definitely look for him when I return this car at the end of the lease. He was a delight to work with!
