Larry was very friendly and professional, he made eye contact and engaged in conversation with my father and I. He also made sure that I got my Toyota at a reasonable price and he's very handsome might I add. I definitely recommend Hampton Toyota as an all around best place to purchase a vehicle.

My experience purchasing my Toyota Tundra was great, the salesman was very attentive to my needs, and took the time to explain the high quality features of the truck without sounding "too good to be true" so to speak. I was very up front about wanting to purchase another make/model of full size truck from another dealer and Hampton gave me the impression that they would do anything to make my a deal the best that I could get to my satisfaction. Larry Fredrick was my salesmen and he was very professional, patient and made me feel very comfortable during the negotiation phase of the sale. I walked away with the purchase of my Tundra having felt I got the best deal for my money and I love my truck!!!!

Stay away from this dealer, very nice until after sale. I had to appeal my case all the way to Toyota USA. Toyota USA took care of me while Hampton REFUSED.

I was worried about talking to Hampton Toyota about buying a car because I have heard so many negative reviews. I can honestly say they were very friendly and helpful. Any time you buy a car, negotiation should be expected, and it was actually pleasant and easy with the guys from Hampton. My husband and I certainly did not feel pressured and were able to come to an affordable agreement. Since we have purchased the car, I have had problems with the MP3 player, and was able to bring it in w/out an appointment. Chai, who originally showed us the car, was able to help me configure my phone so the MP3 feature would work. I would definately recommend Hampton and was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience.

Pressured, rushed, and not professional comes to mind. Staff wasn't interested about my needs. I don't even recall if they introduced them selves. Didn't go over Tundra with me and my wife. Didn't know what was standard or optional or even how some features worked and this is was a $42,000 truck. They were more interested in how I was gonna pay for the tundra and how my credit was (Told them I had my financing arrange). Used old pushy sales tactics..ie "this deal is only good for today", "what I have to do to earn your business", "we aren't gonna lose money to earn your business." Those were just some of the lines they used. BOTTOM LINE DRIVE NORTH TO COURVELLE TOYOTA AND BUY WITH TERRY AND ERIC. The 20 min drive north to Courvelle Toyota in Opelousas was worth the trip. They answered all our questions, no pressure, took less than 2hrs the whole process and the prices was more then fair. It was lower than Hamptons even though they claimed they were "losing money". Eric knows his Toyota Truck very impressed!
Got To Courvelle Toyota if you are looking to buy a Toyota.

Bought a Sienna Van, and by the time I got home I had a Check Engine Light on. And instead of trying to work with me, I got stone walled. I took it to another Toyota Dealership and they repair the issue. The reason I give them such low marks is there was NO customer service here..."you bought it, you own it"

So far every experience I have had with the sales department has been nothing but first class. They seem to really care about me as a customer and they make me feel like my needs are first. Keep up the good work!!!
