My Review of Hampton Toyota Scion:
I was worried about talking to Hampton Toyota about buying a car because I have heard so many negative reviews. I can honestly say they were very friendly and helpful. Any time you buy a car, negotiation should be expected, and it was actually pleasant and easy with the guys from Hampton. My husband and I certainly did not feel pressured and were able to come to an affordable agreement. Since we have purchased the car, I have had problems with the MP3 player, and was able to bring it in w/out an appointment. Chai, who originally showed us the car, was able to help me configure my phone so the MP3 feature would work. I would definately recommend Hampton and was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience.

My Review of Hampton Toyota Scion:
Pressured, rushed, and not professional comes to mind. Staff wasn't interested about my needs. I don't even recall if they introduced them selves. Didn't go over Tundra with me and my wife. Didn't know what was standard or optional or even how some features worked and this is was a $42,000 truck. They were more interested in how I was gonna pay for the tundra and how my credit was (Told them I had my financing arrange). Used old pushy sales tactics..ie "this deal is only good for today", "what I have to do to earn your business", "we aren't gonna lose money to earn your business." Those were just some of the lines they used. BOTTOM LINE DRIVE NORTH TO COURVELLE TOYOTA AND BUY WITH TERRY AND ERIC. The 20 min drive north to Courvelle Toyota in Opelousas was worth the trip. They answered all our questions, no pressure, took less than 2hrs the whole process and the prices was more then fair. It was lower than Hamptons even though they claimed they were "losing money". Eric knows his Toyota Truck very impressed!
Got To Courvelle Toyota if you are looking to buy a Toyota.

Bought a Sienna Van, and by the time I got home I had a Check Engine Light on. And instead of trying to work with me, I got stone walled. I took it to another Toyota Dealership and they repair the issue. The reason I give them such low marks is there was NO customer service here..."you bought it, you own it"

Every time that I go to Hampton for service they are always professional and gets the job done quickly! I have never waited more than 5 mins before a service adviser approached me for information. The techs always kept me informed on what they were doing to my car, as well.

Awesome experience with little wait time is how I describe this dealership. I received service right away and was given a reasonable price on a vehicle that I am truly enjoying. I gave a high rating because customer service was the top priority at Hampton Toyota.

Excellent experience. Great deal of consideration for my time, as well as finding the vehicle that met my needs and expectations. Mr. Boatmon worked hard over the course of a couple of weeks to find the vehicle with the specific combination of features and color that I was looking for. Straight forward and honest dealing. Vehicle was delivered as promised, great explanation of vehicle features -even linked my iPhone to the bluetooth for me.
