Once the car was ours and we did the electronics training the dealership dropped the ball. We told you the ball for the hitch was not delivered with every interaction we had with you and were told repeatedly the dealership dropped the ball. We finally bought one from another company and will have it installed although our paperwork from you says clearly that is was installed. Your customer service rep called the day after we bought one on our own and offered to get one for us. Too late.
