My Review of Hansen Chrysler Jeep:
When we went to Hansen Chrysler Jeep it was to have our PT Crusier's regular maintainance done since we had come with the car from a dealership from another state. The reception and quality of work, the effort to keep us informed about the progress and the hospitality continue to make a trip to the dealership an enjoyable experience more than just another chore in one's day.
While walking through the lot and showroom I was approached and asked if I could be helped--to which I replied that I was just waiting for service to finish with our car.
On the next visit the same sales person approached and asked how things were going and was our car being serviced up to our expectations.
When it was time for us to trade in our car we started at this dealership and did not have to think about getting a better deal somewhere else.
We are now in the process of making another trade and everyone in the organization involved in the process is doing their best to accomplish a common goal.
