My Review of Harold Zeigler Ford Inc:
I brought my van to harold zeigler in lowell michigan to have them fix it as it was running ruff they charged me $79.00 service fee to check it out then they told me they could fix it for ruffly $200.00 and I told them I would have to make payments they called me twice and told me it was running and everytime I went to pick it up I would not start I have paid $220.00 and my van still doesnt run and they towed it to my house to get it off their lot the total of the bill was $331.23<br>they told me they would return $95.00 of money paid and when I got home from work my wife told me they were gonna tow it to the house and call it even.<br>this has really upset me as I have a family of 6 and things are real tight. if this is the kind of mechanics they have they need to get new ones. I feel that they should return the full $220.00 I have paid as my van was running when I took it in it was ruff but running and now I have a van that doesnt run at all. I would like to have this matter resolved before I go to the bbb and the dept of civil rights and have an attorney on the case.
