My Review of Harr Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I just bought a 2008 Jeep Patriot from the folks at Harr Jeep dealership. Ralph was my salesperson and he was a complete professional and treated me right. Jamie is the general manager. Jamie treated me right and he was a complete professional. Brett, is a sales manager and we had a miscommunication about price but once the communication was clear, he treated me right. I bought a great vehicle from some great people and paid as much as I needed to.

I had just been in an accident and knew the car was a loss so my wife and I deceided to look around to see what was out there. Our first stop was Harr Chrysler, Dodge we were walking through the lot when AJ introduced himself to us. He was very professional and understood our needs. He show us several cars and it took us no time to make a deal. The best thing of all there was no pressure to buy. Recommend this dealership and AJ to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Was looking for a car after an accident.My wife and I met with A.J and showed us what was available. The best part there was no pressure to buy but the car he showed us was what I was looking for and something we could afford. I am giving Harr a great rating for this reason, I dealt with A.J. the salesman, and Brett the mgr. They were very helpful and accomodating. A.J. worked with my self and my husband to fine me a vehicle that I could afford and felt comfortable driving, Also the finance mgr was very helpful trying to make my payments managable for me, the sales dept are excellent, a month ago my husband also bout a new dodge truck, that is his 4th from Harr Dodge and my second from Harr . If AJ hadnt been so patient with me, I would have gone to another dealership, I appreciate everythin he did for me.

This was my second purchase from this salesman. Great communication, spent a lot of time with me and getting me in the right car for my financial situation. Even if a dead end was an issue on a particular car, he kept on trying until I was able to purchase a car for my needs. He was very accomodating with my requests and made sure I had everything I needed right down to a frame for my license plate. He even followed up with me every anniversary of my purchase to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and if I had any issues. This salesman is very patient and really cares about his customers. Not like other salesmen, they sell you a car and then never hear from them again. BRIAN GOODMAN IS THE BEST!!!!

I have been using Dodge Service at this location for close to 10 years. Our family owns two dodge vehicles at present and have owned dodge vehicles for 10 years. I have always felt that i was dealing with very knowledgeable staff members and that the technicians performed all repairs and routine maintenance quickly and accurately. I will continue to use the services at this location.

My Review of Harr Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
No one wants, or looks forward to costly repairs, but, being treated with courtesy and friendliness, as well as in a timely manner makes the whole experience much more tolerable.

Seeing & talking with Joe on 10/10 when I came in for an oil change and a diagnostic test, was like visiting with an old friend.

Brian was extremely courteous and helpful when explaining the work I needed done, enough so that I scheduled the appointment for needed repair.

The PCM has been replaced. I have no way to know whether or not there are or will be any problems as I have just returned home, but I have no reason to think there will be a problem

I told Brian and I am now putting it in writing, I am very impressed, especially with the customer service I have received. Thank You

My experiance with the service deptartment was great. I dealt with Brian who was very friendly and informative. He took the time out to listen to me and answer every question I had! Not like the other dealerships that only want to make a quick buck! Thanks again Brian for helping me out. and also I met the machanic who worked on my vehicle his name is Joe Abash, I believe thats how you spell his name. He was very informative and knowledgable on my vehicle and its problem. He made me feel confident with your service department.

I really enjoyed my experience at Harr Dodge.
