My Review of Harr Ford:
They were unable to give me even an esitmate on a tune up for a 2004 Explorer. They basically wanted me to leave the car and whatever they needed to do they would do and whatever the bill would be I was to pay. I don't like to do business that way. So unfortunately I will sell the car as some problems only dealers have the equipment to repair but at least Harr should at least give estimates. Too bad because everyone was courteous but were unable to quote even a range in rice of a tune up.....I guess they never perform tune ups?
