My Review of Harry Brown's Family Automotive:
My husband and I found a car on the website and emailed Woody. He responded and we set up an appointment to come and look at the car. He was very friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. My husband and I were able to visit on our own because Woody said he would give us some time alone to do that. We had no intention of buying a vehicle that night, but with the help of Woody willing to work with us on price and our trade-in, we left that night leaving a down payment. This was the very first vehicle we have bought from Harry Brown's and we will more than likely be buying more there when needed. My husband and I were impressed by the fact that Woody was not "pushy" as we have found many salesmen are. Thank you Woody for a job well done! I love the car...........

I have never enjoyed car shopping. Our experience with Joan changed that, she was great! She was so easy to work with and helpful. She answered all of our questions, and when she didn't have the answer, she was very honest and willing to find out the answer. Their entire staff was very professional. They followed through with all of their promises . I would not hesitate to recommend Joan & Harry Brown's dealership.

I went in just to look for a new car with no expectation of actually leaving the lot with one. The salemen were extremely helpful in my decision to drive off the lot. Dick was extremely helpful with any questions that I had and seemed to know a lot
More information on the vehicle than any other dealership that I had visited. While waiting for the paper work to get finished I was treated to freshly baked cookies. They also had popcorn and coffee...but cookies. I had called the next day to ask a question and they were very pleased that I had called and helped me out in a hurry. My family has dealt with these guys for years...no wonder why we keep coming back!

My Review of Harry Brown's Family Automotive:
Bob and Heidi were extremely helpful and went wayyyy out of their way for us.
We contacted Bob over the phone, and told them what we needed, what we wanted and he hooked us up. Between email and phone calls, he got our order spot on. We live in North Dakota, and could only complete our sales deal on a Saturday, later at night. When we got close to Faribault, we gave them a call and they met us at 8:30 p.m. at the dealership. Heidi had all of our paperwork ready for us to sign, Bob introduced us to our new vehicle, and we were on our way in less than an hour.
We could not be happier with the service we received, the dealerships around here wouldn't go that far out of their way.
Our new truck is awesome.

THANK YOU SO MUCH BOB AND HEIDI. YOU WERE GREAT!!

Woody was friendly and knowlegeable. I saw the car online and had a test drive the next day. The car was set aside for me eventhough I showed up later than I planned. There was no pressure or gimmicks used to try and pursade me to purchase the vehicle. I appreciated that greatly!

My Review of Harry Brown's Family Automotive:
My wife and I were very impressed with the process of buying our new/used car from your dealership. We live in Blaine MN and our salesman Carson offered (on his day off) to drive the car up to the cities to show us the car over my lunch break from work. You would never get that kind of service in the Twin Cities dealerships.
I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car in the future.
It really is worth the drive to not only save money but to receive the customer service that SHOULD be expected everywhere.

I was very happy with the help I received in my search for my new car. I love my new Equinox and Brandon was great in finding me just the right one, and explaining all the features in my new car. My Review of Harry Brown's Family Automotive:
Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Scott answered all my questions and explained the features that were different from my old car.

Jason explained the service that they offer and the ease to get into the shop when needed.

Heidi explained the Zurich Sheild and the extended warrenties.

All in all Impressive. No one had to ask someone else to answer any of my questions. Plus I got a reasonable deal.
