I’m sad you chose to twist my words & chose to quote before I wrote “but”... Clearly you don’t care, your just putting up a front. Below is the complete section of my email & anyone reading it will know I wasn’t happy or satisfied and will know that you don’t care. “I appreciate It and I’m glad something was offered, something is better than nothing but when I weight the disrespect & the three hours of vacation time ($80) that I lost going to the dealer when Franco told me to even though there wasn’t even an opening, it doesn’t make up for it. When I first contacted Courtney, she said maybe a savings in the hundreds but definitely not thousands. If the good gesture offers added up to at least $200, the amount that I had expected to get as a discount on the sale of the car, then maybe I wouldn’t be so angry & maybe I could overlook my lost vacation. As of now, I’m still disappointed.” “ I had expected more of a gesture to make things right and had hoped they would’ve put a more positive spin on it” $200 Worth of something, even service would have & still could change my mind.
