My Review of Hartzeim Dodge:
What an awful experience! Made an appointment for warrenty work, a battery cable. They kept the car all day. The cashier took 15 minutes to finish a personal phone call before she could be bothered with me. Service rep was arrogant, rude, and uninformed. I wanted them to check out other things but was told that would have to be another appointment. They really jack up the price on routine service and disguise it as "above and beyond" regular maintenance. Stay away. If you have a dodge use NORMANDIN down the street. They are fantastic!
