This is the second car that I have purchased from Carlos. Each time the process was straight forward and fair. I am not one to haggle and want the buying experience to be easy and stress free without paying too much for the car. The fact that I came back to Carlos for the second purchase speaks volumes.

I had a great experience with hassel bmw and carlos nieto the salesman i dealt with. I had a set price in my head and they were able to get me to where i wanted to be. the car is beautiful and i would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a BMW.

I had a great experience with Hassel BMW. I went into the dealer with a set price in my head and they were able to get me to where i wanted to be. They greatly discounted my car to get my monthly payments down. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a BMW.

The sales person was direct and to the point with no nonsence with no pressure two buy,when I called back with a question he promtly returned my call. I bought a preowned 2007 5series and it was near perfect condition ,all there preownd cars were very clean and were excellent

Great experience. I had been shopping around for a few weeks and after meeting with Carlos Nieto for less than 30 minutes I purchased a 525 xi. He was very easy to deal with and very helpful. I would recommend that you shop around, figure out what you want and then go talk to Carlos. He’ll get you what you want at a price that beats the competition.

I didn't have any luck with pricing on a vehicle in NYC so I took a chance and took a ride out to LI to Hassel BMW. My saleperson was Carlos Nieto. He is a fine gentleman, friendly & courteous. There was absolutely no pressure, the deal was accomplished in just a few minutes. Hassel BMW has very good prices even without haggling. I would recommend Carlos & Hassel BMW to anyone interested in buying a BMW.
I drove out the same day in my 2008 BMW 650i. It was well worth the drive !

I was in the market for a replacement vehicle from my 2008 528i...and I called around to a few dealers to see what they could offer me on a new lease... I wanted a 335 Covnvertible fully loaded... I called in to Hassel BMW and spoke with Sandy Stergiou she gave me a great price on loaded 335....Just the way I wanted it... No other dealership offered me the same car with those features at that price...The whole experience was great!!! Sandy was polite and curteous... Something most dealerships lack...My car was delivered within 2 days...Just as promised!
