In one word GREAT, from the time I walked in till I left with my vehicle everything just went smooth. I went to Hassel to have a car serviced and ended up trading for a used convertible. Richard was easy to work with, did not push and answered any question I had. When getting the car he sat with me and showed me everything on the car and was very patient. He even made sure my phone worked. I have bought and leased many cars over the last 45 years and I must say this is the nicest dealer I have every worked with. Carry provided excellent customer skills and was very keen in helping us find the right car and price. This is my second car that I am purchasing from this dealership and would highly recommend Carry. She has great listening skills and ensures she helps to find solutions and more importantly returns your calls in a timely manner. Overall, the staff of the dealership are very courteous and helpful. I was so impressed that I recommended them to my father who in return purchased a Volvo too.

We rated every aspect of our dealing with Hassel Volvo as a "5" because at no point did we feel 'hounded' or 'pressured' by our sales representative or any other staff into making a purchase. From the moment Richard approached us he was helpful but not pushy and provided friendly and respectful service. Additionally, Richard and the rest of the sales and finance team at Hassel Volvo were very accommodating - making what could be a potentially stressful and tense experience, quite an enjoyable one.

My friend and coworker Stacey B. told me I have to go to Hassell Volvo they are a great dealer and she loves her new Volvo. I went over to Hassell just to check it out and walked away with a car same day! They were super in every way, love my new black S-60 and my salesman Richard Dixon is a super guy very helpful and attentive along with Annemarie Vivona who handles the financing.

We leased a Volvo S60. This was one of our easiest and most flawless transactions involving a vehicle lease or purchase. As a matter of fact, the entire process was done over the phone and internet with not a single delay. The sales manager Dimitri was extremely informative and explained all the program details and options and our sales representative Richard Dixon was extremely helpful in guiding us through the whole process. Both Richard and Dimitri were very pleasant and informative. Richard came in on his day off to begin the application process so that the car was ready for pick up the next morning. When we came in to pick up the car Richard greeted us, explained the car features, and customized the settings to our satisfaction. He introduced us to the Hassel's financial team and to the service advisers. Everyone we met, or talked over the phone to, was very cordial and efficient. We applaud the Hassel's Volvo team highly.

Richard Dixon is a knowledgeable and personable Sales Consultant. I had no idea what I was looking for when I got to the dealership but Richard was not pushy, in fact he stood out in the rain to help me find a car that suited me. He was able to answer all of my questions and was even able to find a vehicle that exceeded my expectations while also falling within my financial constraints.
