My Review of Hassel Volvo:
The experience at this dealership was above and beyond. I was an out of state customer living 150 miles away. I flew in and the Mr Masttrioanni picked me up at his expense treating me like royalty. The deal went smooth without a hitch. Highly recommended especially compared to local dealers in my home state who have let me down. The car was and is outstanding both in the way it was advertised and presented. I was not disappointed. I will be back!!

My Review of Hassel Volvo:
Our 1994 Volvo 940 had intermittant problems starting and the problem could not be properly diagnosed by our local mechanic. We decided to bring the car to Hassell Volvo in Glen Cove. The Assistant Manager, Stephon Solomon, squeezed us in for an appointment on the same day that we had called. Service Manager Carmine Gonzalez wrote up the order. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the problem as intereference from the after market car alarm. Carmine explained the issue to me and expedited the repair so that I could drive the car home that same day. Carmine and Stephon were both very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I thank the Hassel Volvo team for the great work they did and we expect to keep the Volvo for many years to come. We were very satisfied with Hassel Volvo service Department and will be using them for our future Volvo service.

Pete was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him as the best salesman I have ever worked with. He made the experience fun and took all the pressure off of buying a car. His manager Danielle was also easy to work with. Pete was very knowledgeable about the product. I recommend them to everyone who reads this.

The price was also great and everything was spelled out for me clearly. No hidden anything! Pete introduced me to the service dept and gave me a tour of the dealership. That was a first for me when buying a car.

When I went to get my car serviced I had hurt my back and being in such pain, I don't think I made myself clear concerning my problematic windshield wiper. I just realized today that someone actually came to my home to replace my back windshield wiper and I greatly appreciated that it was taken care of.

WAS IN FOR PARTS PURCHASE, WAS IN AND OUT WITHIN A VERY REASONABLE TIME. CARMINE AND STEVEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, ALONG WITH OTHER STAFF THAT GREETED ME ON THE WAY IN. I WOULD DEFENITELY RECOMMEND VOLVO OF GLEN COVE TO ANYONE THAT IS IN NEED OF SERVICE OR PARTS.

I was pleased that the Service Department was able to accommodate me on short notice.

Carmine and the team took the car immediatley, reviewed the problem and also performed an Oil Change as well.

The wash was a pleasant surprise.

My Review of Hassel Volvo:
I reagularly use Hassel Volvo in Glen Cove to have my two volvos serviced. Stephon not only remembers me, but remembers our vehicles as well. Recently, I was in for a new battery. They were very helpful and prompt. They missed a software download, so I had to take the car back in. But to ease my burden, they remedied the problem VERY quickly by making my vehicle top priority. We will continue to use Stephon and Hassel for all of our service needs.

My Review of Hassel Volvo:
Pete is a great salesman and a very helpful person. I just got into my second car lease through him, on the first lease he ordered me a specific car that other dealers were not willing to obtain for me (black S60 T5 6-speed manual). On the new lease he took my car back early and gave me a check for my last lease payment and got me a great deal on my new S80.
Both Carmine and Stephon in Service are great to deal with. The helped me with a complicated warantee issue with my last lease, and solved 2 minor issues with my new lease with great and friendly service. They gave me a great loaner car (XC90)and waited for me to arrive to pick up my car after the service department closed for the day.
