My Review of Hassel Volvo:
The Hassel dealership and Ken (the sales consultant who assisted us) exceeded our expectations. We had to negotiate a bit to get the price we were willing to pay, but it was painless. Ken was very patient as we wavered back and forth on decisions like lease vs finance, new vs certified pre owned, and where to get insurance. Ken is very approachable and quickly answered the questions we needed to ask to make the decisions. Ken deserves an award for suffering through our indecisiveness. By the time we drove off with our financed CPO car, we were kidding around with Ken like we were old friends. I would definitely buy another car from Ken. Frank Mastrovito (the general manager) made sure we were well taken care of...his integrity and "make the customer satisfied" attitude permeates through the entire dealership.

My Review of Hassel Volvo:
I was in the market to replaced my Lexus SUV and I had shopped for an XC60 by Volvo at Hassel. The experience was very good. I had test drove the vehicle and price it out with him.

Jean-Luc was very friendly and knowledgable. He did not hassle me into a deal. The test driving experience was very helpful. Even after I had asked about a different trim, I was able to test drive an XC60 with performance package upon request. The inventory was very good. And the negotiated price of the car was fair.

I end up not getting this vehicle because of my brand loyalty to another company. But if my friends ever asked for a referral to Volvo, I would send them to J-L.

My Review of Hassel Volvo:
Except for a FedEx glitch, I had a wonderful experience at Hassel Volvo. Everyone made me feel like they were going out of their way for me. Even though this was an older used volvo for my daughter, they made me feel like I was purchasing the most expensive new car on the lot and I was their most important customer.

It is my third Volvo and all were purchased at different dealers.

This was the best car purchasing experience I have had. I am going to pick my daughter up today in this car that I have purchased for her, I know she will be ecstatic.

It was an OUTSTANDING experience and I would like to thank everyone there.

I have already recommended them and will continue to do so.

Hassel Volvo was the second Volvo dealership we had visited but had not made a decision as yet. And I'm glad we had not until after visiting Hassel Volvo.

The reasons we decided to buy from Hassel Volvo and provide a high rating is because of our dealer Alexandra Levinas who was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, determined to work hard to satisfy our requirements and to get us the best price possible. She is a hard worker and does what she has to do to get the job done to the satifaction of her customer. There was some difficulty finding the exact car we wanted and some back and forth but in the end, with a little compromise on both sides, thanks to the efforts of Alex, we left as very satisfied customers and would recommend Hassle Volvo to our family and friends.

Our overall experience at Hassel Volvo was like being in a stress free zone. One felt taken care of and the quality of work provided was tops.

The experience @ Hassel Volvo was very pleasant, my wife and I was treated with respect and was not force to make any decision that we didn't feel comfortable with. We were giving as much time as we needed, the staff and Mr. Dixon was very polite and helpful. Manager work with us to make our deal happened and we leave there feeling like one of Hassel Volvo's family. We love the experience so much that we are telling everyone we know about Hassel and my brother-in-law is getting a volvo soon. Guess where he is getting it from. The best car shopping experience every, thank you Hassel Volvo and to all you staff.

My Review of Hassel Volvo:
First off I need to say that out of all of the years that I have been buying cars, this was by FAR the best, the easiest and most relaxed buying experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle.

I live 4.5 hours away from the dealership and on Wednesday at about 10 pm I found a vehicle that I liked on their website, which by the way was easy to use and navigate, and I sent in a contact request form and listed Thursday at 10 am as my preferred time to be contacted. I completed an on-line credit application, which returned results in minutes and both my salesman, Kenny Danow and finance manager, Vinny Villani had returned an e-mail to me the next morning by 9:30 am.

Thursday, promptly at 9:50 am I received a call from Kenny. Here I thought, wow, a salesman and a car dealership that seems to be punctual; this could be a first for me. I have to admit that not being able to see the vehicle in person, and only being able to view pictures of it on line had me a little concerned. I was concern if the vehicle I was looking at and reading the descriptions about was in fact the vehicle I was interested in.

After a couple of phone calls between Kenny and Vinny, I put a small deposit to hold the vehicle and made the 4.5 hour drive to Long Island on Friday.

Arriving at the dealership on Friday, I was impressed by how friendly everyone was, how they took the time to introduce me to each of the departments that I would be dealing with today as well as in the future.

Kenny took me to see the vehicle and I was amazed. The vehicle looked better than the photographs, it is a 2009 Volvo and it looked brand new. Not only was the vehicle already detailed and ready to go, the paperwork was all in order too.

The process was smooth, timely, stress free and very professional. Kenny noticed that the vehicle was missing a second key right away and had made arrangements for the garage to make a second one while we completed the paperwork so it was ready when were completed.

I have never done business with these guys before, but after doing so, it is not a surprise why they are the #1 Volvo dealership in the country. They made my 9 hour round trip well worth it.

They price the vehicles at a fair price, they give you a fair amount for your trade, they do not pressure you into anything, and they are easy to do business with and they take care of everything. The rest of the dealerships should take notice, because this is how auto dealerships should operate.

Even though I live 4.5 hours away, they have earned all of my business for the future. Guys, thank you so much for the pleasant experience and great vehicle at an even greater price. Keep up the great work.
