Richard was attentive, concerned,listened to my needs and was able to put my into a brand new vehicle. He and his team surpassed my expectations and I am delighted with the performance of the new car. Although I have purchased a pre-owned Volvo from this dealership before, this was my first experience leasing a car. Richard was patient and honest throughout the whole process and was very attentive to all my questions and concerns. As the dealership was very busy my paperwork processing time took a few hours but Richard was accomodating and continued to update me throughout the process. He didn't make me feel like he was after the next sale even though our interaction was complete. In the end I was happy to get good deal on an S60 lease. Based on this and previous experiences, the staff at this particular dealership from Sales/Financing to Service have always been helpful and strive to make you feel like a part of the broader Volvo family.

I purchased a Volvo XC70 last week at Hassel and could not be happier. Cary Ann Bruce, my sales consultant, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The dealership has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and I never felt rushed or pressured. The entire process from the test drive to the financing went very smoothly and I had my car the next day. I feel fortunate to have discovered this dealership (and Cary) and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who is looking for these superb automobiles.

I had exceptional service at this dealership. Leasing a car there was a cooperative, friendly experience. CaryAnn was an excellent salesperson who really listened to my specifications and concerns. Before I stepped into a showroom, I emailed a few local dealerships to book a test drive and asked a few questions. Rich Dixon was the first to respond, not in days like the others, but in minutes on a Saturday afternoon. We corresponded back and forth a few times and all my preliminary questions were answered accurately and quickly. When I made my trip to Hassel Volvo, Rich and his staff were very friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact I never felt rushed into a sale.
