Even though we had an appointment, our vehicle was not touched that day because there were not enough technicians available that day. Had we been told when we dropped off the vehicle that it probably wou touched that day because there were not enough technicians available that day. Had we been told when we dropped off the vehicle that it probably wouldn't be able to be serviced that day, we would have made an appointment for a different day. (Did NOT speak with Adrian or Alex initially, spoke with the "newest" service writer, did not get his name.) More
We took the car in on Friday morning, by 3pm nobody had called me. When I called they said “we had too many cars from yesterday leftover, we will get to your car Monday”. they were just planning to keep my called me. When I called they said “we had too many cars from yesterday leftover, we will get to your car Monday”. they were just planning to keep my car all weekend without telling me!!! I brought it back the next week and had to pay $200 for them to just READ THE CODE to tell me I needed a new battery. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be going back unless it’s something under warranty. More
